CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 204/11 dated 16/9/9011 U/S 279/337/304A IPC has been registered on the rukka     of HC Dalip Singh No. 74 I/O P.S. Bhunter alleging that he got an information of accident that two persons are admitted at RH Kullu due to accident of Auto near Barshogi. On this information he rushed to the spot  and found that one Auto bearing no. HP-66-1083 was lying in the field below road. During enquiry  It has been found that 2 persons were sitting in above Auto.The driver of Auto namely Chaman Lal R/O Barshogi got dead at RH Kullu and other person namely Room Singh R/O Chowki was injured and was admitted in RH Kullu. This incident occurred due to the negligent driving of the driver of above vehicle. The case is being    investigated by HC Dalip Singh I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No 205/11 Dt. 16/9/2011 U/S 279, 429 IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh. Jeevan Lal S/O Shri Bhag Chand R/O Halag P.O. Hanogi   P.S. Aut Distt. Mandi alleged that he has Horses, Mules and sheep. On dated 16-9-2011 he was going back to home with Mani Ram & Duni Ram carrying Horses, Mules and sheep. At about 6.45 PM, when they reached near Sharabai, one vehicle bearing no HP01K-2816 Xylo came in over speed and hit their Horses and Mules, due to this bump one Mulee  of Mani Ram age 8 years and one Mule of Miter Dev age 2½ years died on the spot and one Horse got injured. This incident occurred due to rash and negligence driving of the driver of above     vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Uttam Chand No 32 I/O Traffic wing Bhunter.

CASE OF ARREST OF STRANGERS

3. On dated 16.9.2011 nine persons i.e.(i) Mohammad  Ibrahim S/oMohamad Rafiq R/o Kadra Katra PO Badni Teh & PS Motipur Distt Mujafar (BIHAR ) AGE-27 YEARS.(ii) Mohand Amir S/o Abdur Gapher R/o Fartpur P.O Jalpur Nasibabad Distt Bijanour, UP (iii) Kamurudin Milan S/o Salmant Milan R/o Rani Patri Aanchal Mansi P.O Rajpur Distt Purvi Champaran Bihar (iv) Ash Mohamad S/o Nur Mohamad R/o Pyar Bihar (v) Mohamad Hashim S/o Lt Mohamad Shushuj R/o Pyarpur Bihar (vi) Sanjay Kumar S/o Ilam Chand R/o Mugnash Puram Distt Bhadrabad Utteranchal (vii) Chander Budha S/o Tel Parshakd Budha R/o Kakadi Distt Rukam Nepal (viii) Vikas Magar S/o Budhi man Magar R/o Shanti chowk P.S Bijali office Morang Nepal (ix) Khandara Khataka S/o Dhir Bhadur Khataka R/o Jhar pani Dheri Nepal have been arrested u/s 41(2) 109 CrPC in  P.S Kullu, PP Manikaran and PP AB Kullu, while all above persons were found in suspected condition .

CASE OF ARREST UNDER HP POLICE ACT

4.On dated 16.9.2011 one person namely  Paras Ram s/o Jagdish Gadhi R/o Rakh P.O Nagri Tehsil & PS Palampur Kangra has been arrested under Section 114 Police Act near Manu Market Manali by ASI Orinder Singh while he was creating nuisance in intoxicated condition at public place.
