CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY AGAINST HOME GUARD AND POLICE OFFICIALS
Case FIR No. 348/11 dated 18.09.11 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in Police Station Manali on the statement of Hira Singh of Sh. Tabe Ram R/o Batahar stated that on 15.9.2011 when he was on his way towards his home in the mean time near Sayali Mahadev two Home Guards one Police person restrained his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by ASI Gangbir Singh I/O PS Manali.
