CASE OF GRIEVOUS HURT
1. Case FIR NO. 350/11 Dated 20-9-2011 U/S 323, 325, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Sh. Prem Chand S/O Sh. Lobjang R/O Baga PO Katrain Tehsil & PS Manali Distt. Kullu alleged that on 13-9-11 at about 7.15 AM he was present in his rented plot, in the mean time Guddu S/O Lal Chand R/O Chhani entered in his rented plot and sat there for toilet . He asked to Mr. Guddu not to sit for toilet, on this he and his wife and his brother Mr. Ballu gave beatings to him with sticks and kicks because of which he got grievous injury. Case is being investigated by HC Vivek Kumar IO PP Patlikuhal.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 207/11 dated 20/9/2011 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the report of Smt. Tulju Devi W/O Sh. Hari Singh R/o vill.Taryasal P.O. Dhuan Tehsil & Distt. Mandi at present residing in village Jhuni P.O. Thella Tehsil & Distt. Kullu stated that on 19/9/2011 she was coming to her quarter from forest rest house, on the way Om Chand obstructed her way and beaten her and also threatned her with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by PSI Ashok Sharma IO PS Bhunter.
CASE OF BURGLARY
3. Case FIR No. 494/11 dt. 20/09/11 u/s 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Ravinder Kumar s/o Chande Ram vill Jouli PO Mohal A/p Raj communication shop keeper Shishamati stated that on 20/09/11 about 9.30 am when he came to his shop then he found the lock broken. He opened the shutter and checked the mobiles and cash. During search he found 18 mobiles had been stolen by some unknown culprits. Total value of stolen property is worth Rs. 40,000/-. Case is being carried out by HC Mukesh Kumar IO PS Kullu.
