CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS, OUTRAGING MODESTY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 240/11 dated 12.09.11 U/S 451, 354,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Smt. Shanti ( fictitious name) R/o Panagli Tehsil Nirmand stated that on 11.09.11 at about 8.30 pm when she along with her daughter were in her room , in the mean time one person namely Banti came there and caught her with the intention of outraging her modesty and then run away. After some time Banti and his mother, father and sister came along her and used filthy language and also threatened her with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand no. 66 I/O PS Nirmand.

2. Case FIR No. 238/11 dated 12.09.11 U/S 451,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Dur Singh S/o Sh. Kalmi Ram R/o Dughali Tehsil Banjar stated that on 11.09.11 at about 10.10 pm when he was cooking in the kitchen of his Hotel Whisprin wood Home . In the main time three persons namely Kaku, Montu and Prakash came there and beaten him and also threatened with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I/O PS Banjar.
