NOTICE TO CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEW

1.      It is brought to the notice of all candidates who have qualified physically efficiency test and written test for the post of constable held in this district that call letters have been issued by this office on 22.09.2011 and candidates are called to SP office Kullu at Police lines Bashing on 01.10.2011 at 09.00 AM for suitability – cum - personality efficiency test. In case call letter is not received to any candidate before 28.09.2011 may contact on our office telephone No 01902-224700 and Mobile No 9418102556 and 9418473935. In total 45 call letters have been issued.

CASE OF TRESPASS, HURT AND MISCHIEF

2.      Case FIR No. 242/11 dated 22.09.11 U/S 451,323,427 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Prem Paul S/o Sh. Hardass R/o village Bhalasi PO ans Tehsil Nirmand stated that on 22.09.11 at about 11.30 AM when he was sitting in his shop at Nirmand, in the mean time one person namely Kartam Dass village Bajroh came in his shop and beaten him and also broken shop counter and other articals. Case is being investigated by ASI mohan Singh I/O PS Nirmand.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No.351/11 dated 22.09.11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Naveen Sharma S/o Sh. Raj krishan Sharma A/p employees in Hotel River Country Rangri Manali stated that on 22.09.11 at about 2pm he was coming from Manali bazaar to his hotel. When ha reached near Budha camp  one Motor cycle No. HP-28-4685 coming from Manali  side, in the mean time one Auto No. HP-58-2659 came from opposite  side and hit to Motor cycle. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.  

CASE OF ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 495/11 dated 22.09.11 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Amar Singh S/o Sh. Rupu Ram R/o Diyara PO Bhutti district Kullu A/p Laborer at Cheel Mour  stated that on 22.09.11 at about 7.45 pm he along with his son was on walking, in the mean time one vehicle coming from Manikaran side and fell down to the river Parwati near Cheel Mour, but vehicle could not be traced. Case is being investigated by ASI Dhiraj Kumar I/O PP Jari.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

5.      Two person namely Abhishek Sain S/o Sh. Bhim Sain VPO AB Kullu age about 18 years and Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Thakuru Ram R/o Upper Dhalpur district Kullu age about 26 years has been arrested under section 107, 151 Cr.pc in PS Kullu.

CASE OF SUICIDE 

6.      Today on 23.09.11 at about 3.30 pm one person namely Diwan Chand S/o Sh. Kawel Ram R/o VPO Patarna Tehsil Anni District Kullu A/p owner of Thakur Dhaba Manali reported in PS Manali that one person namely Sagar S/o Sh. Samaru VPO Patna PS Khogi District Jainpur (UP) age about 21 years was working in his dhaba from 15.09.2011. Today on 23.09.11 at about 2.30 PM when he was came back to his dhaba he found his servant Sagar has hanged himself by water pipe inside room. The dead body of deceased brought to CH Manali for PMR. During enquiry no foul play came to the notice .Proceedings under section 174 Cr.PC is being conducted by ASI Daya Ram I/O P.S Manali
