CASE OF NARCOTICS

 

1.     Case FIR NO 500/11 dated 26.9.1`1 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of HC Brij Bhushan that when he was on patrolling duty at Majander Thach along with police party then he found unclaimed 110 gram Charas . Case is being investigated by HC Brij Bhushan I/O PP Jari.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT

 

2.     Case FIR No 240/11 dated 26.09.2011 U/S 341, 323, 504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the report of Sh. Dola Singh r/o Shanar Tehsil Banjar Distt Kullu alleged that when he was going to Patwarkhna in the mean time Bhupnder Singh, R/o Percha , Manish, Dipender E/o Jibhi obstruct his way and beaten him. Case is being investigating by HC Krishan Lal I/O PS Banjar.

CASE OF GREVIOUS HURT

 

3.     Case FIR No 499/11 dated 26.09.2011 U/S 323, 325 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Bhim Sain S/o Dhale Ram R/o Sharni PO Jari Distt kullu that on 19.09.2011 when he was going towards jari in the mean time Fauji & Rami beaten him and he sustained grievous injuries. Case is being investigated by I/C PP jari.

 

ARRESTS IN CASES OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF OPIUM

 

4.     One Om Raj S/o Lt. Lot Ram R/o Danala PO Bhallan Tehsil & Distt kullu has been arrested in case FIR No 15/11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act and Ram Lal S/o Late Lot Ram R/o Danala PO Bhallan Tehsil & Distt kullu in case FIR NO 45/11 U/S 18 of ND&PS act at Bhunter.

PREVENTIVE ARREST

 

5.     Two person namely Latif S/o Hassan Alli VPO Hurla Distt Kullu and ramesh Kumar S/o Budh Ram R/o Hat PO Bajaura Distt Kullu has been arrested U/S 107/151 CrPC at Bhunter.

CASE OF INQUEST

 

6.     Today on dated 26.9.11 at around 10.10 pm information received from MO Mission Hospital Manali that a person namely Nihal Chand s/o Kusum Chand caste Rajput VPO Shirad Teh.& Distt. Kullu HP age 39 years admitted in hospital due to consumption of an insecticide. On this PSI Gaurav of this PS a/w police team rushed to hospital but the patient was unfit for statement. Today at around 1.40 pm the MO Mission hospital informed that the above Nihal chand had been died and the dead body of the deceased kept in the mortuary of CHC Manali for postmortem. Proceeding U/s 174 Cr.PC is being carried by PSI Gaurav Kumar.
