CASE OF MURDER
1. Case FIR No. 492/11 dated 14.09.11 U/S 302 IPC PS Kullu on the statement of Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Budh Ram VPO Bhalyani District Kullu stated that he was living with his nephew Ravi Raj @ Rockey at Shishamati Kullu. Ravi Raj was doing ITI training at Shamshi. On 12.09.11 he left for home village Bhalayani and after taking cash Rs. 5,000/- from his mother he came back to Kullu. On 13.09.11 some one told him that a dead body found near Sarwari river. He identified the dead body of Ravi Raj at dead house Kullu. He doubted that some unknown persons have murdered his nephew. Case is being investigated by SI Om Chand I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 203/11 dated 14.09.11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Som Nath S/o Sh. Nath ram R/o Lajiyani PO Nagrota Gajiya Tehsil & PS Bhorange District Hamirpur stated that on 14.09.11 he was coming from Hamirpur to Kullu on a bus No. HP-40B-9937 its route from Hamirpur to Kullu . At about 5.15 pm when bus reached near Airport Bhunter, in the mean time one Maruti van coming rashly from opposite side and hit the above bus from wrong side, as a result of which three persons injured and were brought to RH Kullu. Case is being investigated by HC Uttam Chand I/o TTR Bhunter.
CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY
3. Case FIR No. 345/11 dated 14.09.11 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Sh. Mukund Lal S/o Sh. Jai Nand R/o VPO Katrain District Kullu alleged that he has been appointed as receiver by district Judge Kullu. Since his appointment as receiver one of the co-sharer Mr. Partap Chand is constantly cheating in his function as receiver. On 13.09.11 he visited the suit land to receive the land Partap Chand produced an affidavit and stated that Hon'ble Court has toyed the Court proceeding but during verification found that no such order was passed by Hon'ble High Court. Said Partap Chand has produced a false affidavit. Case is being investigated by SI Mathru Ram I/O PS Manali.
