1. Case FIR No 99/11 dated 25.11.11 U/S 380,34 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Sh. D.N. Mathur Manager Patel engineering company Bayal that on 24-25/11/11 intervening night Kewal Ram S/O Sh. Ansu Ram Village Kundakode Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu and Tara Chand S/O Sh. Girja Ram Village Baridhar were caught red handed with 35 bags of cement carrying in vehicle No HP 35-1287 Pickup stolen from company store Bayal. Case is being investigated by S/I SHO PS Brow.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No 230/11 dtd. 25-11-2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Chuhru Ram R/O Jhiri P.O.Nagwain P.S. Aut Distt. Mandi stated that on 25-11-2011 at about 4.30 PM when he was in his shop he heard a sound of colliding of vehicle and saw that a Kanika Bus bearing no HP-65-6444 which was dropping the passengers at the side of road at the same time one traveler bearing No HP-58-3695 came towards Bhunter in rashly and hit the above bus from the back side due to this incident one women namely Sapna W/o Uttam Chand R/O Karsh Nagwain which was sit inside the bus got injured. Case is being investigated by ASI Dhani Ram I/C TW wing Bhunter.
CASE OF BURGLARY
3. Case FIR No 100/11 dated 25-11-2011 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Sh. Bhoban Lal S/o Shiv Dutt R/o Brow alleging their in that on 25-11-2011 some known culprits have broken the lock of his house and stolen away gold ornaments i.e mangal sutra, two pairs bracelets, one locket with out chain, two pairs tops(ear pin, two rings lady and gents =12 gms and silver ornaments i.e bracelets and silver coins. Case is being investigated by ASI Tek Chand I/O PS Brow.
CASE OF NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO ANIMALS
4. Case FIR No 562/11 dated 25.11.11 U/S 289IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Hira Lal S/o Sh. Anup Ram R/o V.P.O. Kararsu Tehsil & Distt. Kullu stated that on 25.11.11at about 6.30PM when he was coming to his home, he saw Gopi Chand was in his field along with his pet dog. He stopped there for a while, in the mean time his pet dog came & bite him on his left leg. Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
5. Case No 101/11 dated 26-11-2011 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Sh. Kewal Ram alleging that on 26-11-2011 at 10.30 am one Bal Singh has obstructed his way and beaten him. Case is investigated by HC Kartar Singh I/o PS Brow.
PREVENTIVE ARREST
6.One person Gurdita @Guri S/O Sh. Lot Ram R/O Lanka Bekar Tehsil and Distt Kullu age 28 years has been arrested U/S 107,151 CrPC on dated 25.11.11 at 5PM at Lanka Bekar.
ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE
7. One person namely Karmu S/o Geharu Ram R/o Raun Nallah PO Bhallan Tehsil & Distt Kullu has been arrested in case FIR No 80/11 U/S 18 of ND&PS Act PS Bhunter.
