1. Case FIR No 251/11 dated 5.11.11 U/S 341,354 IPC has been registered in P.S Banjar on the report of Kumari Meera Devi D/o Sh Hukam Ram R/o Batahad ,reported that on 5.11.11 at about 6.15 PM when she was going home from School ,one person namely Om Prakash s/o Vikram Singh VPO Batahad obstructed her way and outraged her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Yashwant Singh I/O P.S Banjar.
CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY AND HURT
2. Case FIR No 339/11Dated 5.11.11 u/s 354,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S Anni on the statement of Smt. Madhubala W/o Suresh Kumar R/o Ropari P.O Anni ,that on 5.11.11at about 9AM, her husband ,mother in law and another person namely Kashmir Singh & Sita Devi were talking inside the room ,when she also went inside the room , at once Kashmir Singh & Sita Devi Stood up and started scuffling with her , Kashmir Singh caught her from neck and tear her shirt .He outraged her modesty. Case is being investigated by ASI Tej Singh.
CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS AND HURT
3. Case FIR No 223/11 dated 5.11.11 u/s 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S Bhunter on the report of Smt Savitri Devi W/o Sh. Amar Chand R/o Parganoo P.O Bhunter age 42 yrs, reported that on 5.11.11 at about 5PM, she was in tea shop at Bhunter, at the same time one Puran Chand r/o Shurad entered there along with 2-3 persons and asked her to give her shop to Nara .When she refused to do so, Puran chand and other persons started to beat her with kicks & punches. She sustained injuries due to their beatings. Case is being investigated by HC Jitender Kumar I/O P.S Bhunter.
CASE OF GAMBLING
4. Case FIR NO 93/11 dated 5.11.11 U/S 3,4 of Gambling Act 1967 has been registered in P.S Brow against 20 persons i.e. Het Ram,Ram Sharma ,Baldev, Ramesh Negi, Devinder, Ishwar, Jajeev,Om Prakash, Raj Kumar, Balveer Singh ,Ved Prakash , Karm Singh, Kushal Chand, Sunil Kumar, Rajeev ,Raj Kumar,Roshan Lal, Rakesh Kumar, YubRaj ,Rohit and Dil Sukh while they were found playing /gambling in the house of Dilsukh during raid conducted by SI Megh Singh along with staff and recovered Rs 3625/- from their possession. Case is being investigated by SI Megh Singh.
CHALLAN UNDER POLYTHENE ACT
5. One Challan under Polythene Act has been done by SI/SHO P.S Anni and fined Rs 500/-
CASE OF INQUEST
6. On 5.11.11 Ex Pradhan GP chheuner informed in P.S Bhunter that a male dead body is found in the village Chowki on the way. On this information ASI Nirmal Singh along with staff rushed to the spot where he found an unidentified male dead body on the way to chowki village. D/R of dead body is as under--- age about between 40 to 45 yrs whitish colour. Wearing T-shirt green colour, grey sweater, blue pajama and black shoes and tattoo on right side arm where Rakesh kumar written. Proceedings U/S 174 Cr.P.C is being conducted and dead body kept at Dead house RH Kullu for identification and Postmortem.
CASE OF BURGLARY
7. Case FIR No 550/11 Dt 6.11.11 u/s 457,380 IPC has been registered P.S Kullu on the report of Sh Shiv Pradeep Sharma A/P Engineer Manala -11, stated that the intervening night of 5/6-11.11 one unknown person entered his room and stolen away one laptop Sony and Rs 1500/- .investigation of case is being carried out ASI Dhiraj Singh I/C PP Jari. The accused has been arrested and laptop recovered.
