CASE OF ACCIDENT

1.   Case FIR No. 247/11 dated 01.11.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Smt. Promila W/o Sh. Naresh Kumar R/o Dethwa PO Arsu Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that when she was came back from Arsu to her Home along with her nephew Ayush and when they crossed the road at a Santro car no HP- 33T-9546 came from Deem side and hit Ayush. Case is investigated by ASI Narender Kumar I/O PS Nirmand.

CASE OF THEFT

2. Case FIR No 545/2011 dated 01.11.2011 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Saroop Singh R/O Jawahar Nagar Mandi Tehsil & Distt. Mandi alleged that on 9.10.11 he parked is M/Cycle No HP-33A -7894 near Hanogi Mata Saran Kullu. Next day he found that is M/Cycle was not there. On 1.11.2011 two person namely Arun S/O Sh. Chander kant R/O VPO Shamshi Distt. Kullu and Sanjay @ Illu S/O Sh. Arjun R/O PWD Workshop Shamshi Distt. Kullu have been arrested in above case and Bike was recovered. Case is investigated by HC Gyan Chand I/O PS Kullu.

CASE OF THEFT

3.  Case FIR NO 364/11 dated 01.11.2011 U/S 380, 34 IPC PS Manali on the statement of Sh. Shesh Ram S/O Sh. Natu Ram R/O Dohlu Nala Distt. Kullu stated that he is working as a watchman on the stone crusher of Sapurn Chand at Dohlu Nala. Due to death of the owner of the crusher was closed and 01.11.11 when he was check the crusher compound he found that one vehicle No HP-O1K -1478 was parked there and two person namely Panna Lal S/O Sh. Monna Lal R/O Jatehar Bihal Teh. & Distt.Kullu and Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Jawahar Lal R/O Jatehar Biha Tehsil and Distt. Kullu were loading the two electric Motor of Crompton greaves. Case is investigated by HC Mohinder Singh I/O PP Patlkuhal. Both the persons were arrested and property recovered.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

4.  On 01.11.2011 accused Satish Kumar S/o Chaman Lal R/o Chansari PO Bari Tehsil & Distt Kullu has been arrested in case FIR No 544/11 dated 01.11.2011 U/S 452, 323, 506, 34 IPC PS Kullu.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

5.  One Sh. Yog Raj S/O Aalam Chand R/O Kauri PO Bhalan Tehsil and Distt Kullu has been arrested in case FIR No 160/11 dated 7.7.2011 U/S 20 of NDPS Act on dated 1.11.2011.

CHALLANS UNDER MV ACT AND SMOKING ACT

6.  Five Challan under MV Act and fined Rs 200/- has been made by SHO PS Banjar on 01.11.2011.  2 Challan & fine Rs 200/- under MV Act has been made by SHO PS Anni. 2 Challan under Anti smoking Act has been made by SHO PS Bhunter.
