CASE OF KIDNAPPING FOR MARRIAGE
1. Case FIR No. 249/11 dated 22/11/11 U/S 363, 366, 120B IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the application of Balak Ram s/o sh. Shetu ram r/o Brohad PO Ghatu Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu that his daughter Kumari Anita age 14 year went to Manrega work about 15 days before but she did not returned back to home. On 19.11.11 one Smt Sheela Devi told her that her daughter Anita got married to a person from Hamirpur. She has doubt that Sh. Shyam Lal & Sheela Devi is responsible for Kidnapping of her daughter Anita Devi. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Gulam Akbar P.S Nirmand.
CASE OF THEFT
2. Case FIR No. 561/11 dated 23.11.11 U/s 382,34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Prittam Chand S/o Sh. Ridku Ram R/o village Rumsu PO Nagar district Kullu stated that on 22.11.11 when he took a rented room in hotel Kailash in AB Kullu. He came out side the market to recharge his mobile phone. On the road three person namely Radhe Shayam S/o Sh. Kashmiri Lal R/o A.B. Kullu, Arpit S/o Sh. Ashwani R/o A.B. Kullu and Abhishek S/o Sh. Bhim Singh R/o A.B Kullu met him and forcibly snatched Rs.9,000/- from his pocket. Radhe Shyam and Abhishek have been arrested in this case. Case is being investigated by HC Nater Singh I/O PP City Kullu.
