CASE OF CUELTY BY HUSBAND
1. Case FIR
No 546/11 dated 02.11.11 U/S 498(A), 506 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on
the complaint of Smt Shalu D/o Ghanshayam R/o Angu Dobhi Tehsil & Distt
kullu alleged that on 23.07.2011 she was married to Kamlesh S/o Om Dutt R/o
Shaunla PO Kotla Sub Tehsil Sainj Distt Kullu. After marriage her husband,
father in Law & Mother in Law demanded dowry and also threatened her with
dire consequences. Case is being investigated by L/HC Sarswati I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF GAMBLING
2. Case
FIR No 334/11 dated 03-11-2011 U/S 3,4/3/67 of gambling act has been
registered in PS Anni on the ruka of SI/SHO Anil Kumar alleged that when he was
on patrolling along with police party at bus stand Anni at about
1.30 AM 6 person namely Rajinder Kumar S/o Mohar Singh R/o Naldera ,
Sanju S/o Balle Ram R/o Shahani PO Tandi , Sunil Kumar S/o Ram Singh R/o Dashog
, Sandeep Kumar So Mohar Singh at present garment shop Anni, Anil Kumar S/o
Jagdish R/o Kawali , Dayal Singh S/o Mohar Singh R/o Baltha were gambling near
Prince Guest House Anni and Rs.3800/- recovered from their possession. Case is
being investigated by SI/SHO PS Anni.

Reports U/S 107/150 Cr.P.C. have been made by SHO PS Brow on the complaint of
Smt. Sita Devi W/o Mangat Ram R/o Kasholi Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu against
Ganga Ram S/o Dinu Ram R/o Kasholi Distt Kullu (2) Dinu Ram S/o fainku Ram R/o
Kafti PO Kharga Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu against Jagat Ram and Bahgat Ram R/o
Kafti PO Kharga Tehsil Nirmand Distt kullu.
