CASE OF THEFT, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 366/11 dated 9.11.11 u/s 380,427,506 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the written complaint of Sh Yashpal s/o Sh Raj Kumar R/o Ruar P.O Palchan Manali District Kullu, that he is a contractor & owner of Kariyana shop at Palchan. On 9.11.11 when his wife was alone in shop, one Bhag Chand Rana came to his shop and he took away his mobile a/w sim from his shop. When he came to know about his mobile, he along with Dharam Chand went to bring his mobile back from Bhag Chand. When they reached Shanag nala by his vehicle no HP-58-2656, he parked his vehicle there and asked Bhag Chand to return his mobile back but Bhag chand grabbed him from chest & torn his sweater & damaged his vehicle and threatened him also. Case is being investigated by ASI Jagjeet Singh I/O P.S Manali.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No 224/11 dated 09.11.2011 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Sarif Mohd S/o Noor Jamal r/o village Hat Bajaura, alleged that on 9.11.11 at about 9.00 PM he parked his vehicle No HP-66-2751 beside the road near his residence. In the mean time one Maruti car no CH-01Y-7554 came from Bajaura side in rash & negligent manner and collided with his vehicle. The driver Vicky r/o Bajaura and another person got injured in this accident. Case is being investigated by SI Biri Singh I/C traffic Kullu.
CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS, HURT, INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF
3. Case FIR No 254/11 dated 10.11.11 U/S 452,323,504,427 IPC has been registered on the report of Tek Singh s/o Rewati Ram R/o Kaneuli P.O Palach Tehsil Banjar , reported that on 9.10.11 after dinner when he was in his room and
his wife Nirmala Devi was cleaning the utensils in courtyard. At about 10 PM Paras Ram s/o Gian Chand village Kaneuli P.O Palach entered in his room in drunken condition and started to quarrel with him. He kicked & punched him and his wife, and also broke the glass of T.V trolley. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O P.S Banjar.
