CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 257/11 dated 21-11-11 U/S 341, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on e-mail by Surender Singh S/o Maya Ram R/o Balaoun PO Bahu PS Banjar alleged that on 20/11/11 when he was going to dinner in the house of Birbal on the way Biteshwar obstruct his way and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal I/O PS Banjar.
CASE OF TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No 375/11 dated 21/11/11 U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the report of Chaman Lal S/o Sh. Gilah Ram R/o Jana PO Archhandi Distt Kullu alleged that on 20/11/11 when he was sleeping in his premises in the mean time one Neel Chand S/o Bali Ram entered in his premises and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Raj I/O PP Patlikuhl.
CASE OF MISCHIEF AND NEGLIGENT ACT WITH RESPECT TO WATER
3. Case FIR No 559/11 dated 270, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Smt Balbinder Kaur w/o Sh. Rajender Singh r/o Sultanpur Kullu at present teacher in GSSS Sultanpur sated that on 21/11/11 when she was on duty at GSS Sultanpur, at about 2.pm SMC called her to came near behind the school building. She went there and found that her bath room and kitchen pipe was broken by Urmila, Ramesh Chand and Darshan and there is apprehension of spreading infection and dangerous disease. Case is being investigated by SI Het Ram I/C PP City AB Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No 560/11 dated 21.11.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Luder Mani S/o Govind Ram R/o Arnodi PO Kotli Distt Mandi stated that on 21.11.11 when he was present near Shiva Medical Store Dhalpur in the mean time one Maruti Van No HP-34B-3005 came rashly towards Sarwari and hit him and run away from the spot, as a result of he sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by I/C Traffic Kullu.
