CASE OF ABATEMENT OF SUICIDE
1. Case FIR No 548 dated 03.11.11 U/S 306, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Dine Ram S/o Sh. Budh Ram R/o Lari Distt Kullu stated that on 02.11.2011 his younger daughter Haliya Devi has been abetted by her in laws to commit suicide due to the torture of her in laws she hanged her self. Accused Dolma Devi w/o Gian Chand r/o Bradha Bagh, age 39 and Gain Chand s/o Chappe Ram age 45 have been arrested and sent to police remand for 2 days. Case is being investigated by Insp/SHO PS Kullu.
CASE OF RIOTING, HOUSE TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

Case FIR No 547/11 dated 03.11.2011 U/S 147, 148, 149, 451, 427 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Gian Chand S/o Chhape Ram R/o Bradha Bag Tehsil & Distt kullu stated that his eldest son Mr. Yuv Raj married to Haliya Devi D/o Budh Ram Village Lari Distt kullu. On 02.11.2011 Haliya devi was alone at home. In the evening when Gian Chand, his wife and his son Yuv Raj came back to home and they found that the door of Haliya Devi was bolted inside and the volume of his deck(music system)was in full volume. When they broke the door,they found Haliya devi has hanged herself with the roof of room. After some time Haliya devi’s brother Dine Ram,Chaman lal,Amar Chand & Dole Ram entered their house and they beaten Gian chand and his family members and they broken their window panel & T.V set etc. case is being investigated by ASI Dheeraj Singh I/C PP Jari.
ARREST FOR PREVENTING COGNIZABLE OFFENCE
3. Today on 4.11.11 one person namely Sonu @ Rajinder s/o Kamlesh chand r/o Gandhi Nagar Kullu has been arrested under section 107/151 Cr.P.C by I/CPP Manikaran.
