CASE OF THEFT

1. Case FIR no 556/11 dated 19.11.11 u/s 379 IPC has been registered in P.S Kullu on the report of Prakash Thakur s/o Sh Beli Ram r/o Sultanpur P.O Dhalpur Kullu that he had parked his motor cycle no HP-34A-5846 near Raghunathpur temple on dated 12.7.11 and next morning his bike was not there. He made all efforts to trace out his motorbike in all possible places till date but he could not succeed to find out. He has doubt that some unknown person has stolen his motorbike. Case is being investigated by HC Nettar Singh I/O PP AB Kullu.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No 557/11 dated 19.11.11 u/s 279, 337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S Kullu on the statement of Sh. Fateh Singh s/o Lt Sh. Ambi Lal r/o VPO Kais Kullu that on dated 19.11.11 at about 5PM one Smt. Nami Devi has hit by one M/cycle rider bearing No HP 34A- 6134 who was coming from Kullu side in a rash & negligent manner. Due to this she got injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Maya I/O traffic wing Kullu.

CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATHS

3. A case FIR No. 255/11 dated 20-11-11 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Nika Ram S/o Shiv Ram Vill. Trisha PO Palahach Teh. & PS Banjar Distt. Kullu stated that on 19-11-11 at 10 pm when he was coming to Banjar, at Khundan bridge one tipper no. HP 49A-0751 was unloading soil and stones in the bank of river Tirthan , the driver of said Tipper lost the control over tipper  while unloading and the Tipper fell down in the river about 100 feet down and the driver Om Parkash jumped from the Tipper but two other persons namely Murari Lal and Mohar Singh s/o Dola Singh R/O vill Shira (Balichowki) Distt. Mandi who were also in above Tipper, died on the spot (.) The case is being investigated by ASI Ghanshyam Lal I/O TTR PS Banjar (.)

CASE OF HOUSE TRESPASS AND HURT

4. Case FIR No 558/11 dated 19.11.11 u/s 452, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu  on the statement of Nanak Chand s/o Rikhi Ram r/o Panjala BaijNath Kangra a/p manager Bipasha Guest House Lower Dhalpur, that on 19.11.11 at about 7.30 PM four person came on reception and they asked for room and its charges. After that one person attacked with bottle on his head. Due to his attack he got injured. Investigation of case is being carried out by ASI Hari Singh I/O P.S Kullu.
