CASE OF SEIZURE OF NARCOTICS (CHARAS)
1. Case FIR No 551/11 dated 07.11.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has beeN registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of ASI Dheeraj Singh against Puran Jai @ Naveen S/o Dhan bahadur R/o Jhumlow Bag Nepal AS 1.200 Kg Charas has been recovered from his possession during patrolling at Malander Thach. Case is being investigated by ASI Dheeraj Singh I/C PP jari.
CASE OF GAMBLING
2. Case FIR No 94/11 dated 07.1.11 U/S 3, 4/3/67 Public Gambling Act has been registered in PS Brow on the rukka of SI Yog Raj alleged that on 07.11.11 at about 08.30 PM when he was on patrolling at Chatty he raided in the house of Shayam Singh and found 9 persons namely Sonu Mehta, Mahinder Singh, Jai Singh, Gagan Lama, Chuni Lal, Dev Raj, Shayah Lal, Sita Ram and Shayam Singh were indulged in Gambling and also recovered Rs. 28,595/- from their possession. Case is being investigated by SI Yog Raj.
CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No 385/11 dated 07.11.11 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P S Manali on the statement of Sanjeev Kumar S/o Hem Chand R/o VPO Badyara Distt Mandi at present Asstt. Manager AD Hydro Project Manali stated that on 07.11.11 at about 7.30pm when he was on his way to residence from Manali and when he reached at Prini four persons namely Suresh, Kamlesh, Om Prakash and one unknown restrained his way and beaten him and also used filthy language. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE
4. On 07.11.2011 one person namely Chander dev S/o Lt. Sh.Sanju Ram R/o Jatehar Bihal PO katrain Distt Kullu has been arrested in case FIR No 364/11 dated 01.11.11 U/S 380, 34 IPC PS Manali.
