CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR NO 252/11 dated 6.11.11 u/s 324, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S Banjar on the report of Smt Ritu Devi D/o Ghungru Ram R/o vill Jamad P.O Palahch Banjar, reported that today at 4 PM when she was coming back to home with sheep and goats from Saroul Jungle, on the way one Shiv Ram Chowkidar abused her and beaten her with stick & Darati . She sustained simple sharp injury on her right hand on the medical examination report /opinion given by MO CH Banjar. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O P.S Banjar.
CASE OF BURGLARY
2. Case FIR No 253/11 dated 7.11.11 u/s 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S Banjar on the statement of SuryaKant Agase S/o Digamber Agase vill Ravi Shanjar Stadium Badi Pota Raypur city a/p administrative officer L&T company Sainj Kullu, stated that on dated 7.11.11 at 1.00 AM when he along with Sitender Kumar Singh was on checking the security guard at Adit –II Shalwar near cement store ,they found three persons namely Jitender Kumar, Lal Singh and Khub Ram were loading cement in a truck No HP-49-1121 Tata 407. When they checked inside the truck they found 11 bags of cement and 19 bags were lying on the road for loading. The above three persons found stealing the cement bags from their cement store. Accused (s) arrested and case is being investigated by HC Narayan Singh I/O PP Sainj.
