CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 256/11 dated 21-11-11 U/S 341, 323, 506 B IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Dipeshwar Thakur S/o Paras Ram R/o Village Kuraha dhar P O Bahu Tehsil & P. S Banjar Distt Kullu stated that on Dated 20/11/2011 at about 9-15 PM when he was going to attend the religious cultural Program on the way one Sh Surinder Kumar @ Sindu S/o late Sh. Maya Ram R/o village Bloon P.O Bahu Tehsil & P. S Banjar Distt Kullu obstructed his way and beaten him with kicks blow with fist and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal I/O PS Banjar.
