CASE OF KIDNAPPING FOR MARRIAGE
1. Case FIR No 345/11 dated 28.11.11 U/S 366 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Diwan Chand S/o Khem Chand R/o Dhar PO Anni Distt Kullu stated that on 09.11.11 his daughter Asha was abducted by Nitish Kumar S/o Nam Dass R/o Ropari Post Office Anni Distt. Kullu for marriage. Case is being investigated by ASI Tej Singh I/O PS Anni.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No 564/11 dated 28.11.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 184, 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of L/HC Maya alleged that on 28.11.11 at 3.15 PM One Motor Cycle No HP-34B-2679 was going towards Manali and near Bashing one Santro car No HP-58A-1101 hit the motor cycle. Case is being investigated by L/HC Maya I/O Traffic Kullu.
CHALLANS UNDER MV ACT
3. 3 Challan under MV Act has been made by SHO PS Anni and fined Rs 200; 15 Challan under MV Act has been made by I/C traffic Bhunter and fined Rs 800; 43 Challan under MV Act has been made by I/C traffic Kullu & fined Rs 1000.
