CASE OF KIDNAPPING FOR MARRIAGE
1. Case FIR No 369/11 dated 11.11.11 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Krishan(fictitious name) R/o JagatSukh Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu alleged that on 02.11.11 his daughter Radha devi (fictitious name) went to school and did not came back till date. He has doubt that Mr. Nishu S/o Uttam Chand R/o Masauni Chandpur PS Gohar Distt Mandi has kidnapped his daughter to marry with out her consent. Case is being investigated by ASI Jagjit Singh I/O PS Manali. PS Manali.
CASE OF GAMBLING
2. Case FIR No 95/11 dated 12-11-2011 has been registered in PS Brow on the ruka of ASI Tek Chand alleging that on 12-11-2011 a around at 12.05am during patrolling at Thachwa along with police party he raided in the quarter of Nima Ram R/o Bung Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu and found 6 person namely Nima Ram s/o Bala Ram 2.Kundn Lal S/o Jhaba Ram, 3. Sohan Lal S/o Raja Ram 4. Vipan Gupta S/o Ramurti 5. Ram Krishan S/o Moher Singh 6. Kumat Ram S/o Inder Dass who were gambling and also recovered 37,500/- from their possession .Case is being investigated by ASI Tek Chand I/O PS Brow.
ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE
3. On 11.11.11 two person namely Roopa Devi W/o Arjun R/O Nepal and Tula Ram S/o Bhim bahadur R/o Nepal at present Solang Nallah have been arrested in case FIR No 368/11 U/S 302 IPC PS Manali.
