CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
1. Case FIR No 370/11 dated 13/11/11 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sh Mahin S/O Sh Dharam Pal R/O Dhungri Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu stated that when he along with his friend were going to his home in the meantime one boy obstruct his way and beaten him by punches and kicks. Case is being investigated by HC Rakesh Kumar I/O P S Manali.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
2. Case FIR No 248/11 dated 13.11.11 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Dinesh Kumar S/o Keshav Ram R/o Shataldhar PO Nogali Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that on 12.11.11 private bus No HP - 06-7501 came back from Deem to Arsu after dropping the marriage party and 2.30 AM bus reached about 100 meters ahead from Deem the driver Sh. Shyam Lal lost control on the bus and the bus fell down from the road. One person namely Mohan Lal S/o Tikam Ram R/o Marehri PO Nishani Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu has died on spot and case is being investigated by ASI Narender Kumar I/O PS Nirmand.
CASE OF GAMBLING
3. Case FIR No 96/11 dated 13.1.11 U/S 3, 4/3/67 Public Gambling Act has been registered in PS Brow on the rukka of SI/SHO Prem Lal alleged that on 13.11.11 when he was on patrolling duty at Chatty he raided in the house of Jagdish Chand and found 12 persons namely Bir Singh 2. Jagdish Chand 3. Santosh Kumar 4. Suresh Kumar 5. Bhim Singh 6. Harish Chauhan 7. Lal Chand 8. Sandeep Mehta 9 Parvesh Chauhan 10. Sandeep Chauhan 11. Sunil Metha 12. Rajinder Chauhan were indulged in gambling and also recovered Rs. 32,700/- from their possession. Case is being investigated by SI /SHO PS Brow.
