1. Case FIR No. 229/11 dated 17/11/2011 U/S 420, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Abdul Haq S/O Sh. Meer Hussain R/O V.P.O. Bajaura Tehsil and Distt. Kullu stated that on 17.06.2011 he sold his Tipper No HP-58-1948 to Sh.Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. P.C. Sharma R/O Khon P.O. Saprun Tehsil and Distt. Solan for Rs.4 Lac and forty Thousand, out of these Mukesh had to pay 4 Lac to Shri Ram Finance Company and rest 45 thousand according to affidavit Mukesh Kumar also promised that he will pay the above 45 thousand with in two months and transferred the vehicle to his name, but till date above Mukesh Kumar neither transferred vehicle nor paid any installment to him,and he knows that above Mukesh Kumar has sold above Vehicle to third person namely Boby R/O Basal in Sloan district .Mukesh Kumar cheated him and also threatened him. Case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Chand I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
2. Case FIR No 372/11 dated 17/11/11 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered on the ruka of SI Mathru Ram alleged that a telephonic information was received in PS Manali that one person was lying injured near Aalu ground. On this information he went to the spot to verify the facts and he found that some unknown vehicle has hit an unknown person, who died on the spot. Case is being investigated by SI Mathru Ram I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH
3. Case FIR No 342/11 dated 17.11.11 U/S 279, 337 304A IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the rukka of PSI Vivek Sharma when telephonically information received in PP Luhari that one JCB met with an accident near Chhonti. On this PSI Vivek kumar rushed to the spot and found that above JCB coming towards Luhari to Anni and met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Ses Ram S/o Bhag Singh R/o Shoja Tehsil Nerchowk Distt Mandi and he died on the spot. Case is being investigated by PSI Vivek I/O PP Luhari.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No 343/11 dated 18-11-11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Sushil Kumar S/o Sh Bihari Lal R/o Village Binan PO Poeag Tehsil Anni stated that on 17-11-11 he was coming to Suwad lavi fair along with Arun Kumar and Manu Ram when they reached Chimni Kanchi one vehicle spark coming towards Binan and when spark car reached Sehul curve it fell down about 150 meter. Case is being investigated by ASI Rajinder Pal I/O PS Anni.
ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE
5. One person namely Surender Singh @ Gagan S/o Sh.Dharam Pal R/o Narogi PS Bhunter Distt Kullu has been arrested in case FIR No 227/11 U/S 457, 380, 411 IPC PS Bhunter.
