CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 373/11 dated 18.11.11 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Raj Kumar S/o Jai Dass R/o Salpat Tehsil & PS Udaipur L&S at present servant Kusum Chand R/o Shanag stated that on 18.11.11 when he was going to Shanag in the mean time Mehar Chand, Mahender and Inder Jeet Singh restrained his way and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Orinder Singh I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF TRESPASS AND HURT
2. Case FIR No. 374/11 dated 18.11.11 U/S 447, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Smt Mohini W/o Sh. Rishi Abhay R/o Shanag alleged that on 18.11.11 one person namely Raj Kumar entered her land and started to damage the wall of her land and when she asked him then he beaten her. Case is being investigated by SI Mathru Ram I/O PS Manali.
