CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No 341/11 dated 10-11-2011 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Indra Devi D/o Noul Ram R/o Bagi PO Peog Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu stated that on dated 10-11-2011 at about 7.30 am when she was coming back to her home from Anni in the vehicle no HP- 01 K -1311 and when the vehicle reached the Mata Shelputri Mandir Showad driver could not control the vehicle and accident happened. Case is being investigated by PSI Gourav Bhardwaj PS Anni.
CASE OF HURT AND OBSTRUCTING WAY
2. Case FIR No 367/11 dated 10/11/11 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of one Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh Pyare Ram R/O Prini P.O Prini tehsil Manali Distt. Kullu that on 10/11/11 he along with his father was on their way towards Chachoga to attend a marriage ceremony. At around 8 PM when they reached near Chachoga by car No HP -02K--0509 in the mean time one Alto car came from Chachoga side in which three person namely Kaula, Lot Ram , & Sangat Ram were sitting and were drunken condition stopped vehicle on the road . When they asked to take side the vehicle then they all three person came down and beaten him with rod and one Kaula Ram punched him on the nose. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF MURDER
3. Case FIR no 368/11 dated 11/11/11 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of one Khem Raj S/O Sh Khub Ram R/O Solang P.O Palchan Tehsil Manali Distt Kullu stated that he is the owner of hotel ice- land and there is a khoka of one Rupa Devi near his hotel. Today on 11/11/11 at around 9 AM, when he arrived at the gate, Ramesh S/o Padam Bahadur told him to call the police as his father has gone missing since night and today he has seen blood on the septic tank of hotel snow nest. He has doubt that some unknown person has murdered his father Padam Bahadur. Case is being investigated by Inspr/ SHO LalMan Sharma PS Manali.
Two accused have been rounded up including one lady.
