CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No 344/11 dated 23-11-2011 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Rajinder Kumar S/o Gopi Ram Vill Rohira Tehsil Rajon Distt Kithal (HR) a/p shopkeeper VPO Chawai Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu stated that at about 5.30 pm on 22-11-2011 when he was coming from Jaon on the way three person namely Dola Singh, Raju and Raj Kumar obstructed his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Anni.
CASE OF BURGLARY
2. Case FIR No 258/11 dated 23/11/2011 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Sh Vivek Sharma S/o Sh Karam Chand R/o VPO Dusheda Tehsil Jhanduta Distt Bilaspur at present fishery officer trout farm Hamani tehsil Banjar stated that on the intervening night 22/23-11-2011 some unknown culprits has broken the house of fishery department trout farm at Hamani and stolen away one computer, solar batteries=15 all accessory attached with the computer and UPS total value of stolen property approx 95,000/-. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Banjar.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No 98/11 dated 23.11.11 U/S 61-1-14 Ex Act has been registered in PS Brow on the rukka of SI/SHO Prem Lal alleged that as he has been recovered 36 bottles of country liquor and 24 bottles of beer from the shop of Mehar Singh S/o Sh. Jagat Ram R/O Chati PO Kharga Tehsil Nirmand district Kullu during patrolling at Kaju Khad. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Brow.
CHALLANS UNDER MV ACT
4. 5 Challan of MV Act has been made by ASI Ghanshayam Dass I/C Traffic Banjar and 4 Challan has been compounded for RS 400/-
