1. Case FIR No 250/11 dated 4/11/2011 U/S 447, 379, 34 IPC has been registered on the statement of Tek Singh S/o Gokul vill. Dhaman PO Larji Sub tehsil Sainj stated that he has an ancestral land at village Larji and the total area is 0.9.0 bighas which has 15 share holders. One shareholder Uttam Ram S/o Gokul Chand sold his share to Smt. Koushalya Devi W/o Lt. Sh Panna Lal VPO Larji with out his consent. Now Sm . Koushalya Devi made possession in his land and cut down three trees of plum and ejected rubble with the help of Bhoop Singh S/o Sharu Ram VPO Larji. Case is being SI Paras Ram I/C PP Sainj.

2. Case FIR NO 549/11 dated 04.11.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the rukka of SI Mukesh Kuamar alleged that on 04.11.11 when he was on patrolling duty at Pinsu Thach he recovered 630 gram unclaimed Charas from there. Case is being investigated by SI Mukesh Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

3. Case FIR No 335/11 dated 04.1.11 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Dharam Pal S/o Sh. Lekh Ram R/o Dhar Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi stated that on 04.11.11 when he Damodar was carrying sand from Luhri to Anni in Khayale Ram tractor and when they reached near Haripur the tractor rolled down 250 feet from the road and the driver died on the spot. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Anni.

Case FIR No 336/11 dated 04.11.11 U/S 04.11.11 U/S 341, 147, 149, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Narayan Chand S/o Sh.Sukh Dass R/o Rashandi PO Kahnag Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu stated that on 04.11.11 at about 5 PM when he was going to purchase the vegetable at Tapandi near Kahnag in the mean time Hem Raj, Rishi Raj, Bhag Chand, Achhar Singh obstruct his way and beaten him and used filthy language. Sita Devi W/o Kashmir Singh R/o Ropari Tehsil Anni Distt Kullu stated that on 05-11-2011 at about 9 am her daughter in -law scuffle with her and bite her finger with teeth. Case is being investigated ASI Tej Singh I/O PS Anni.
CHALLAN UNDER POLYTHENE ACT
8. One Challan and fined Rs 500/- under polythene Act has been made by SHO PS Anni on 04.11.2011.
