CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH

1.       Case FIR No 430/11 dated 23/07/11 U/S 279,304A IPC has been regd in PS Kullu on the rukka  of  SI Jamer Singh I/C PP Manikarn that on date 22/07/11 at about 7.10  Pm  one  TATA Sumo  white colour bearing No. HP 01K-9046 fell down in the Parvati river which was attached with NHPC company due to negligent driving of Ajay Singh. Case is being investigated by SI Jamer Singh I/C PP Manikaran

CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY OF WOMEN AND OFFENCES UNDER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT

2.      Case FIR No 431/11 dated 23/07/11 U/S 67A,67B of IT Act and 294,354 IPC has been regd in PS Kullu on the statement  Sh Susheel Chander A/P CMO RH Kullu that on 20/07/11 emergency ambulance 108 was carrying a pregnancy case of Jaya Devi(FICTITIOUS NAME) from Kalang to Kullu . Driver namely Bhupender along with other staff brought this case, on the way delivery of above lady occurred in the ambulance and during delivery Bhupender Singh took Photographs of lady and circulated to others through computer and later through email. Three persons have been arrested  in this case so far - 1. Ajay Thakur s/o Khemraj Thakur, r/o Garauli, PO Nither, PS and Teh Nirmand, Kullu who was Emergency Medical Techician of Ambulance, 2. Dilip Singh s/o Roshan Lal, r/o VPO Bhutti, Kullu who is photographer and reporter of Divya Himachal, 3. Bhupinder s/o Late Shri Tek Singh r/o Shakabari, Teh. Thunag, Mandi who is driver of Ambulance. First two accused were produced before CJM Kullu today and they have been sent to Police Remand for three days.  Case is being investigated by SHO Sher Singh PS Kullu.

CASE OF THEFT AND ARREST OF ACCUSED

3.      Case FIR No 432/11 dated 23/07/11 U/S 380 IPC has been regd in PS Kullu on the statement of Mohinder Sigh S/O late Sh. Nank Chand R/O H.No 41/01 AB Kullu that on 23/07/11 at about 10.30 PM when he closed his shop one person namely Sewa Ram S/O Deepu Ram stolen  away some articles from his shop . Total value of stolen luggage worth Rs 5000/- Case is being investigated by SI Hem Raj I/C PP City.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION


4.        Case FIR No 323/11 dated 23/07/11 U/S 323, 506,34 IPC has been regd in PS Manali  on the statement of Yashwant Singh manager gas agency Manali  that on 22/07/11 at about 7.30 PM  when   workers  namely Rakesh ,Amin Chand and Om Chand were loading gas cylinder in the truck at the mean time two person namely Rohit and Rishi came there and started beating the worker and threatened him with dire consequence.  Case is being investigated by HC Vivek Kumar I/O PP Patlikuhal.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION


5.      Case FIR No 324/11 dated 23/07/11 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been regd in PS Manali on the statement of Bhag Chand  S/O Nirm Dass  R/O Burua  that on 23/07/11 when he was going to his home at mallroad Manali one Bhag Chand S/O Tej Ram obstructed his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by ASi Jagjit Sigh I/O PS Manali.
