CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND

1.         Case FIR No 304/11 dated 07.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act , 33 I. F. Act  ; 447 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of ASI Dharam Pal that on 07.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Kukri Dhar they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 60 bigha land  by some unknown persons in forest land. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal I/O PS Manali.

CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND

2. Case FIR No 305/11 dated 06.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act , 33 I. F. Act  ; 447 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of ASI Gangbir Singh that on 07.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Jingali Dhar they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 80 bigha land  by some unknown persons in forest land. Case is being investigated by ASI Gangbir Singh I/C PP Malana.

CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS

3. Case FIR No 160/11 dated 07.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act, has been registered in PS Bhunter on the ruka of ASI Nirmal Singh that on 07.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at kauri they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by ASI Nirmal Singh I/O PS Bhunter.

CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS

4. Case FIR No 161/11 dated 07.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the ruka of SI Narain Singh that on 07.7.11 when he along with Police party was in special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at kauri they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 20 bighas by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO PS Bhunter.

CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND

5          Case FIR No 193/11 to 207/11 dated 07.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC ; 33 I. F. Act has been registered in PS Nirmand on the application of Range forest officer Nirmand against 15 persons who have encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. 

CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND

6.         Case FIR No 161/11 to 186/11 dated 06.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC ; 33 I. F. Act has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Range forest officer Chowai against 26 persons who have encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. 

CASE OF CHILD LABOR AND ILLEGAL CONFINEMENT

7.         Case FIR No 399/11 dated 07.7.11 U/S 367,374, 342, 370, 343 IPC and child labour (prohibition and regulation) Act 1986 section 14 and bonded labour system Act 1976 of section 16 has been registered in PS Kullu on the report of Pintu Kumar S/o Ram balak Manadal R/o Ekamba PS Manpur Distt Gaya Bihar age 11 years and Sunil Kumar age 9 years alleging that they came with coordinator of Child line Manali Mrs. Shalini Siti. Two years ago one unknown Bihari had brought them from Bihar and kept Sanju baba House at Bahsisth where they took all over work i.g. washing untensils and clothes and cooking food etc. Case is being investigated by SI Mukesh Kumar I/O PS kullu.
