CASE OF THEFT
1 Case FIR No384/11 dated 2.7.2011 u/s 380,34 IPC has been registered
on the complaint of Yugal Tandon s/o sh Narotam Prakash r/o AB Kullu
that on dated 1.7.11at 10.30 PM when he was walking near the Durga
Mata temple ,he saw two boys were stealing money money from the galla
(money box) of the Durga Mata temple. Case is being investigated by
I/C PP city A.B Kullu.
CASE OF TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No 385/11 dated 2.7.2011u/s 451,427,506,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S Kullu on the complaint of Mr. Raj Krishan s/o Soma
Ram VPO Gandhi Nagar that intervening of 1.7.11 Figal chand and Prahlad
threatened telephonically that they will kill the complainant and they
threw some stone on his house also. Case is being investigated by HC
Jwala I/O P.S Kullu.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
3. On 2.7.2011 one person namely Sanjeev Kumar s/o Rattan chand r/o
vill trind Joginder Nagar distt Mandi age 25 yrs has been arrested u/s
107/151 Cr.P.C while he was trying to commit a cognizable offence.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
4. Case FIR No 107/11 to 130/11 dated 2.7.2011 u/s 447 IPC; 33 IF Act
total 24 cases have been registered in P.S Nirmand against 24 persons
on the written complaint of forest range officers, who have encroached
forest land to the extent of 10 bigha area at Nirmand range. cases are
being investigated by SHO,I/O P.S Anni.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
5. Case FIR No 103/11 to 106/11 dated 2.7.2011u/s 447 IPC; 33IF Act
total 4 cases have been registered in P.S Anni on the written
complaint of forest range officers Anni range , against four persons
who have encroached to the extent of 10 bigha area at Anni range.
cases are being investigated by SHO,I/O P.S Anni.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
6. Case FIR No 187/11 to 192/11 dated 2.7.2011u/s 447 IPC; 32,33 IF Act
total 6 cases have been registered in P.S Banjar on the written
complaint of forest range officers Banjar range, against 6 persons who
have encroached to the extent of 10 bigha area at Banjar forest
range. Cases are being investigated by SHO,I/O P.S Banjar.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
7.Case FIR No 294/11 dated 2.7.11 u/s 61.1.14 Ex Act has been
registered in P.S Manali on the rukka of ASI Daya Ram I/O P.S Manali
that he received an information from some reliable source that Hangout
restaurant is doing some illegal business. On this information he
constituted a raiding party and during raid he recovered 168 bottles of
beer from restaurant . Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O
P.S Manali.
