CRIME REPORT DATED 31.07.11 UP TO 4 PM

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION


1 Case FIR No 221/11 dated 30.7.11 u/s 341,506,34IPC has been
registered on the report of Om Prakash s/o Prithvi Singh r/o village
Dhandhar tehsill & P.S Banjar district Kullu ,reported that on 30.7.11
 he was going back to home , two person namely Gumat Ram & kanshi Ram
both s/o Sh. Chhape Ram obstructed his way, and threatened  him with
dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal I.O P.S
Banjar.


CASE OF TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

2. Case FIR NO 441/11 dated 30.7.2011 u/s 447,427 IPC has been
registered in P.S Kullu on the complaint of Hiteshwar Singh s/o
Maheshwar Singh r/o Rupi Palace Kullu that on dated 30.7.11 one Mr.
Virender Singh s/o Sunder Singh trespassed in his land and chopped 
branches of trees. Investigation of case is being carried out I/C PP city AB Kullu.


CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND

3.   Case FIR No 183/11 dated 30.7.11 u/s 498A, 506 IPC has been
registered in P.S Bhunter  on the report of Smt. Kiran Guleria w/o
Paldeep Singh Guleria r/o village Chota Bhuin P.O &P.S Bhunter age 33
yrs reported that she got  married  in year 2000. After 4-5 years of
their marriage her husband started torturing her mentally &
physically without any reason. She came to know that her husband has
illegal relation with other women. Now she has risk of her life from
her husband and that lady. Case is being investigated by ASI Roop Lal
I.O P.S Bhunter.


CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No 326/11 dated 30.7.11 u/s 504, 506 IPC has been registered
in P.S Manali on the application of Sh. Shakeel Ahmad s/o sh. Rafique
Ahmad r/o H.No182 ward no 4 model Town Manali that he married to Smt.
Naushala d/o Sh. Zafar Khan r/o chuna Bhalli Dehradon & residing a/w
his wife at above mentioned address. He received calls mobile no
09756932476 and 9736149082 from Shakir Khan s/o Hanif Pradhan r/o
Miyanur U.P, who threatened him, that he shall forcibly abduct his
wife from Manali and also used abusive language to him. Case is being
investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O P.S Manali.
