CRIME REPORT DATED 14.07.2011 UP TO 4 PM

1.             Case FIR No 315/11 dated 13.7.11 u/s 20 of NDPS Act, 447IPC&
33 IF Act has been registered in P.S Manali on the rukka of HC Mohar
Singh that on dated 13.7.11 when he along with staff were on the
special campaign to destruction of cannabis plants near Ragtin Chin
where they found 15 lack illicit cultivation of cannabis plants
cultivated by unknown person at approx 150 bigha. Case is being
investigated by PSI Vivek Sharma I/O PS Manali.
2.      Case FIR NO 167/11 dated 13.7.11 U/S 363, 366(A), 376 IPC has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Miss Rajni (Factious
name) D/o Sh. Nand Lal R/o Banjer PO Bajara Distt kullu stated that on
03.7.2011 Amit called her on phone to met with him near LMS School and
said her to go with him to his house and also said that he will help
her to get marry with Shubham and she lived there up to 5.7.2011. On
05.7.2011 Amit carry her for Ludhiana where he raped with her with out
her consent. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Narayan Singh PS
Bhunter.
3.      Case FIR No 316 dated 14.7.2011 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the statement of Sarvjeet Singh S/o Harmeet
Singh R/o Bashisth Disst kullu stated that on 12.7.2011 at about 10PM
when his brother Hanit Singh was going to his home from Whispering
Hotel and when he reached near Samahan one unknown vehicle hit him and
he declared dead by MO CHC Manali. Case is being investigated by ASI
Gangbir Singh I/O PS Manali.
4       Case FIR No 415/11 dated 13.7.2011 U/S 379 IPC has been registered
in PS kullu on the statement of Potam Ram S/o Het Ram R/o Ganani PO
Raison Distt kullu at present DJ operator BSNL at Bayasar kullu stated
that on 12.7.2011 intervening night some unknown culprits has stolen
feeder cable wire approx 650 meter from the site. Case is being
investigated by HC jawala Singh I/o PS kullu.
5.      Case FIR No 168/11 dated 13.7.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Anoop Singh S/o Ganesh
Chand R/o Bharain Distt kullu stated that when he was going near
Bhunter chowk on foot in the mean time one  vehicle No HP-33T-9274
came towards Manali and hit him. Case is being investigated by HC
Uttam Chand I/O TTR Bhunter.
6.      Case FIR No 314/11 dated 13.7.2011 U/S 174(A) IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the ruka of ASI Gangbir Singh that on
12.7.2011 he along with police team was on search of proclaimed
offender and he got secret information that Nirmal Kumar S/o Sh. Jindu
Ram R/o near kandhara Hotel Manali at Rangri declared Proclaimed
offender by the Ld JMIC Manali in case FIR No 133/08 dated 22.5.2008
U/S 379, 411 IPC on 16.5.2011. Case is being investigated by ASI
Gangbir Singh I/O PS Manali.
7.      Case FIR No 313/11 dated 13.7.2011 U/S 341, 143 IPC has been
registered in SP Manali on the application of one Max gattyinder at
present project Manager Rohtang tunnel alleging that the workers of
rohtang tunnel is on strike under the leadership of Des Raj and they
stopped the work at project site and they did not to allow any workers
in side of the tunnel. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal
I/O PS Manali.
