Case FIR No 157/11 dated 30.6.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the ruka of HC Chaman Lal that on 30.6.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Dogra Kyun they found 6000 illicit cannabis plants in 2 bigha and 5 biswa cultivated by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman lal I/O PS Bhunter.

Case FIR No 158/11 dated 30.6.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the ruka of ASI Nirmal Singh that on 30.6.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Dogra Kyun they found 11000 illicit cannabis plants in 2 bigha and 15 biswa cultivated by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by HC Chaman lal I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS IN FOREST LAND
3. Case FIR No 377/11 dated 30.6.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act , 447 IPC, 32, 33 I.F. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of SI jammer Singh that on 30.6.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Ghor Thach they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 20 bighas by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by SI Jamer Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF BURGLARY
4. Case FIR No 156/11 dated 30.6.11 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh . Kishan Chand Verma S/ o Naginder Verma R/O Sharabai Dist Kullu stated that on 29/30.6.11 intervening night some unknown person have stolen on eLap Top, one handy cam camera, two no of Mobile Phone, two Gold Chain, 5 ring finger and doller. Total value of stolen property is Rs 3, 28,000/-. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Bhunter.

5. Case FIR N0 185/11 and 186/11 dated 30/06/11 U/S 447, IPC, 32, 33 IF ACT has been registered in PS banjar against 2 person who has encroached more then 10 bigas land in near Shikari-III, case is being investigated by I/O PS Banjar.

6. Case FIR No 373/11 dated 30.6.2011 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Aarif Ali S/o Jamshed Alli R/o Inner Ab Kullu alleged that on 26.6.2011 he parked his Motor Cycle near hospital at 9.30 PM and when he came from hospital he found that some unknown culprits has stolen his Motor Cycle. Case is being investigated by SI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

7. Case FIR No 374/11 dated 30.6.2011 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Dilpreet Singh S/o Ajit Singh R/o House No 146 Gali No 5 Amritsar alleged that on 17.6.2011 he parked his Motor Cycle near Gurudawara in the morning at 8.30 and when he came from Gurudawara he found that some unknown culprits has stolen his Motor Cycle. Case is being investigated by HC Jamaldin I/O PP Manikaran.

Case FIR No 375/11 dated 30.6.2011 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Hukam Ram S/o Dile Ram R/o Badogi Distt Kullu stated that when he coming back from Bhunter to his home and when he reached at jaul his maternal uncle and Anti ( Tirth Ram & kamla Devi) obstruct his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by Asi Dheeraj Singh I/C PP Jari.

Case FIR No 376/11 dated 30.6.2011 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Smt Indira Devi W/o jagdish Sharma near LMS Dhalpur alleged that on 28.6.2011 Smt Shobha and her husband entered in he rcourtyard and beaten her and also used filthy language. Case is being investigated by ASI hari Singh I/O PS Kullu.

Gian Chand R/o badogi Distt Kullu alleged that on 29.6.2011Hukam Ram entered her room and beaten her and used filthy language. Case is being investigated by I/C PP Manikaran.

Sohan Lal R/o VPO Jari Distt Kullu alleged that on 30.6.2011Smt. Neelam obstruct her way and beaten her and threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Brij Bhushan I/O PP jari.

12. Case FIR No 37/11 dated 30.6.2011 U/S 341, 323, 147, 148, 149 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Sh. Neeraj Singh S/o Aalam Chand at present D.M. GSSS Samej stated that on 30.6.2011when he was coming back to his residential quarter at Samej in the mean time Manorma Devi, Sufli Devi, Raja Devi and ganga devi restrained his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh I/o PS Brow.
CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY
13. Case FIR No 38/11 dated 30.6.2011 U/S 354 IPC has been registered in PS Brow on the statement of Smt. Ranjna (fIctitious name) w/o Ram Chand R/o Samej stated that on 30.6.2011 at about 4.30 PM while she was coming back from her home from Samej Bazar one Sh. Nirth Singh has tried to outrage her modesty. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Brow.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
14. Case FIR No 155 dated 30.6.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter that on 30.6.2011 a telephonically information received in PS Bhunter that one vehicle no HP-01K-2648 met with an accident. At Bhutti Colony. On this information ASI Naresh Kumar rushed to the spot and found that this accident occurred to the rash and negligent driving of the above vehicle. Case is being investigated by HC Jitender Kumar I/O TTR Bhunter.

Case is being investigated by SHO PS Brow.

I m writing this to bring your kind attention towards the telephone cable theft's happening around Bajaura under Bhuntar police station. The cable to my house has been stolen 4 times in the last 2months.I don't know whether the DOT has registered any FIR's regarding this matter or not but when I contacted the JTO at Bhuntar, his reply was that "they are fed up of getting the FIR's registered and police don't take the matter seriously".Well I personally don't believe this thing. And I think nabbing those responsible for the cable theft is not that much impossible for the police. I don't know about the technical difficulty in this regard but i think that police can at least search the premises of Junk Dealer's operating in the area for stolen cables because there is no other place for the thieves to dispose them locally. I am writing this as right now just 1hour ago my cable was stolen again and tomorrow morning i am going to report it to the department. Lineman will come in the morning and will fix the new cable in 3-4 days and God knows how long will that remain or which portion of the line will be stolen next.Sir, I request you to kindly donate some of your precious time towards the cable theft cases in Bajaura. All the concerned residents shall be obliged by your kind favor.

Dear Abhishek Ji
Hats off to you and your team, as I have got a chance to visit the far flung area of our Kullu where your team is destroying cannabis. It takes around seven to eight hours to reach out there and after that having a look of, how your personal are doing their best as no one even dares to go there. while going there we had several problems as we had to climb steep mountains but it is the courage and hard work of your team and you who kept us attracting toward the final destination. I was shocked to see hundreds bighas of land is being used for cannabis cultivation. However it is being cultivated by local but it is being operated by some big gunns. While talking to local back down in village i found they have left with no option to go for it.
They have their pros and cons but here by I must say on Government part, your part , and on my part, we have to work together to sort out this menace from our land of Gods and Goddesses.
I know it is the only source of their income as they just can cultivate one crop in a year therefor we need help from all our government agencies to provide them alternate source of income.
It will take some time but we can not leave them behind as entire nation is moving forward. They do not have road facilities, they do not have better medical facilities, education level is still very low, even they do not have sufficient land to feed their families. So kindly take this matter to everyone who can contribute to change their life for betterment. All politician, all social worker are here by invited to show their willingness to work for the upliftment of our rural people who have been misguided by few anti national and anti- social aliments.
