Case of illegal cultivation of cannabis on forest land
1. Case FIR No 417/11 dated 15.7.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act 32, 33 I.F act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of ASI Balak Ram that on 14.7.11 when he along with Police staff in special campaign to destruction of cannabis plants they found cultivated illicit plants in approx 25 bigha by some unknown person. Case is being investigated by ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Kullu.
Case of obstructing way and criminal intimidation
2. Case FIR No 418/11 dated 15.7.2011 U/S 341, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the complaint of Sh. Moti Ram R/o Kareri Distt Kullu alleging that when he was going to his home along with his friend on Motor Cycle and when they reached near kareri Nala in the mean time Karam Chand obstruct his way and beaten him used filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Parvinder Singh I/O PS Kullu.
Case of obstructing Public Servant
3. Case FIR No 419/11 dated 15.7.2011 U/S 353, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in
PS Kullu on the application of HHG Narender Thakur alleging that on 15.7.2011when he was on traffic duty at Dhalpur Chowk at 3 PM in the mean time one vehicle HP-34-1625 came towards from circuit house and one person get down from the vehicle and beaten him. Case is being investigated by SI Om Chand I/O PS Kullu.
Case of damage to public property
4. Case FIR No 295/11 dated 15.7.2011 U/S 3 of PDP Act has been registered in PS Anni on the statement of Sh. Sohan Lal R/o Thachwa Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that on 11.5.2011 some unknown person has broken the foundation name plate of 66 KV electricity sub station at Nagan. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Anni.
