CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND

1.      Case FIR No 392/11 dated 04.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act, 447 IPC, 32,
33 I.F. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of ASI Balak
Ram that on 03.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special
campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Yoran Thach they found
cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 100 bighas by some unknown
persons. Case is being investigated by ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Kullu.


CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND

2.      Case FIR No 132/11 to 156/11 dated 04.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC ; 33 I.
F. Act has been registered in PS Nirmand on the application of Range
forest officer Nirmand against 25 persons who have encroached more
than 10 bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by
I/Os PS Nirmand.


CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND

3.      Case FIR No 93/11 to 195/11 dated 04.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC; 33 I. F.
Act has been registered in PS Banjar on the application of Range
forest officer Banjar against 3 persons who have encroached more than
10 bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by I/Os PS
Nirmand.


CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND

4.       Case FIR No 120/11 to 129/11 dated 04.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC; 33 I.
F. Act has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Range
forest officer Chowai against 10 persons who have encroached more than
10 bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by I/Os PS
Anni.


CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CONSPIRACY 

5.      Case FIR No 298/11 dated 04.7.2011 U/S 406, 120B IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the application of Paul Aacharya S/o K.M.
Aacharya R/o 31 Set No 1 Gurbax Colony Patiala at present G.M. Hotel
Royal kalath alleging that on 01.7.2011 Uday and Dinesh, room boy 4th
floor left the hotel and they did not hand over their rooms to hotel
management. On 03.7.2011 when he checked the room of 4th floor room no
316, 317 and 402 he found that the LCD of above room was missing. He
has doubt that Uday and Dinesh has hatched conspiracy to take away the
LCD. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Sawaroop I/O PS Manali.


CASE OF ATTEMPT TO THEFT

6.      Case FIR No 391/11 dated 04.7.11 U/S 380, 511 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Tejender Singh Pal Branch
manager SBI AB Kullu stated that on 4.7.11 at about 12.45 AM Rajeev
Sood informed him telephonically that one person is breaking the ATM
machine. After that he and Jai Singh reached at AB Kullu and they found
that one person namely Rajeev Sharma @ Prince S/o Sohan Lal R/O AB
Kullu is breaking the ATM machine. Case is being investigated by SI
Het Ram I/C PP AB Kullu.

7.      Case FIR No 41/11 to 48/11 dated 05.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC; 33 I. F.
Act has been registered in PS Brow on the application of Range forest
officer Nirmand against 8 persons who have encroached more than 10
bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by I/Os PS
Anni.
