CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
1. Case FIR No 300/11 dated 05.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of SI Ashok Kumar that on 04.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Thandi bai they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 20 bighas by some unknown persons in forest land. Case is being investigated by SI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Manali.

Case FIR No 301/11 dated 05.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of SI Ashok Kumar that on 04.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants near Ekta at Aet at Malana they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 18 bighas by some unknown persons in forest land. Case is being investigated by SI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Manali.

4. Case FIR No 49/11 to 55/11 dated 05.7.2011 and FIR No. 56/11 to 79/11 dated 6/07/11 U/S 447 IPC ; 33 I. F. Act has been registered in PS Brow on the application of Range forest officer Nirmand against 31 persons who have encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by I/Os PS Brow.

5.Case FIR No 157/11 to 176/11 dated 05.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC; 33 I. F. Act has been registered in PS Nirmand on the application of Range forest officer Nirmand against 20 persons who have encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by I/Os PS Nirmand.

6.Case FIR No 130/11 to 144/11 dated 05.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC; 33 I. F. Act has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Range forest officer Chowai against 15 persons who have encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by I/Os PS Anni.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
7.case FIR No 299/11 dated 05.7.2011 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Smt. Nirmala Devi W/o Khub Ram R/o JagatSukh stated that on 04.7.2011 at about 07.30 PM when she was going for toilet in the mean time her mother in law and Ram Dayal obstruct her way and beaten her. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.

8. Case FIR No. 196/11 dated 6/7/2011 u/s 32,33 I.F Act and 447 IPC has been registered on the application of Sh. Geeta Ram R.F.O forest range Banjar that Sh. Thakur Dass S/o Sh.Ahi chand resident of Thogi Dogri Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu H.P. has encroached upon Govt. forest land to the extent of approximate 11-0-0 bighas in U.F.P Pujali DPF/ Un-demarcated.

9. Case FIR No. 197/11 Dated 6/7/2011 u/s 32,33 I.F Act and 447 IPC has been registered on the application of Sh. Geeta Ram R.F.O forest range Banjar that Sh. Teja singh S/o Sh.Kutu resident of Baloli Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu H.P. has encroached upon Govt. forest land to the extent of approximate 11-5-0 bighas in U.F.P Pujali DPF/ Undemarcated protected forest.

10. Case FIR No. 198/11 Dated 6/7/2011 u/s 32,33 I.F Act and 447 IPC has been registered on the application of Sh. Geeta Ram R.F.O forest range Banjar that Sh. Narain singh S/o Sh.Shiam Chand resident of Khania Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu H.P. has encroached upon Govt. forest land to the extent of approximate 10-5-0 bighas in U.F.P Pujali DPF/ Undemarcated protected forest.
