Crime on 10.7.2011up to 4 pm

1Case FIR No404/11 & 405/11 dated 9.7.2011 u/s 20 of NDPS Act
,447IPC&32,33 IF Act have been registered in P.S Kullu on the rukka of
PSI Yog Raj & ASI Balak Ram that on 8.7.2011 when they along with
staff were on special campaign for destruction of cannabis plants at
jagasmar thach they found illicit cultivation of cannabis plants in
25 bigha & 50 bigha area, cultivated by unknown person. Investigation
is being carried out by both above mentioned investigation officers of
P.S Kullu.
2. Case FIR No 201/11 to 230/11 dated 2.7.2011 u/s 447IPC & 33IF Act
total 29 cases have been registered in P.S Anni against 29 persons on
the written complaint of forest range officers, who have encroached
forest land to the extent of 10 bigha area at Nirmand range. Cases are
being investigated by SHO,I/O P.S Anni .
3. case FIR No 217/11 dated 9.7.2011 u/s 341, 504,506,323,34 IPC has
been registered in P.S Anni on the statement of Shri Ram krishan s/o
Mela Ram r/o Batala P.O khun Anni District Kullu that on dated
9.7.2011 at about 10.30 AM when he was collecting the stone for Narega
in his field one sh Narayan Dass & his wife came there and obstructed
& beaten him with punch and abused him. case is being investigated by
I/O P.S Anni.
4. Case FIR No. 306/11 dated 10-7-11 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S Manali on the report of Tej Singh S/O Sh. Tara Singh
R/O Ghordour PO Larankelo Teh. and Distt. Kullu that on 9-7-11 at
around 11.30 PM he was on his way to his home when he arrived Nagger
Chowk four persons namely Prabhat , Mohit , Sanju Garpha and Sonu
restrained his way and beaten him with sticks . Due to this beating he
sustained injuries. Case is being investigated by HC Mahender Singh
I/O PP Patlikuhal .
5. Case FIR N0. 307/11 dated 10-7-11 U/S 279,304 IPC has been
registered in P.S Manali on the statement of one Ramesh Thakur S/O
Pratap Chand R/O Karal PO Shirad Distt. Kullu that his nephew Sahil
was came to his house on 8-7-11. On 9-7-11at around 6.30 PM Sahil
was playing on the left side of the road at Karal, in the mean time
one vehicle no. HP34B-3146 Maruti Van came from Raison side in rash &
negligent manner and hit to the Sahil, he sustained injuries and was
brought to ZH Kullu, where he was declared dead by the M.O. This
incident took place due to rash and negligent driving of Driver
Mahender Singh S/O Devi Singh R/O Swai. Case is being investigated by
HC Mahender Singh I/O PP Patlikuhal.
6.Today on 10.7.2011 at about 11.15 Am Sh Om Prakash s/o jyoti Prakash
r/o Parla Bhunter has informed telephonically at P.S Bhunter that her
tenant Smt Dharmi Devi w/o sh. Sher singh r/o Salgran Udaipur Distt
Lahoul& spiti age 24 yrs has found dead in her room. On this
information ASI Naresh rushed to the spot with staff. During enquiry
the daughter of deceased revealed that she has commit suicide, while
she was in bathroom. The dead body of deceased has sent to RH Kullu
for Post Mortem & proceedings u/s 174 Cr.P.C is being carried out by
ASI Naresh I/O P.S Kullu
