1. Case FIR No 380/11 dated 01.7.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act , 447 IPC,
32, 33 I.F. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of ASI
Balak Ram that on 01.7.11 when he was along with Police party in
special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at YoramThach they
found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 60 bighas in forest land
by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by ASI Balak Ram
I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
2. Case FIR No 381/11 dated 01.7.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act , 447 IPC,
32, 33 I.F. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of SI
Jamer Singh that on 01.7.11 when he was along with Police party in
special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Aarang jangal
they found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 30 bighas in forest
land by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by SI Jamer
Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
3. Case FIR No 382/11 dated 01.7.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act , 447 IPC,
32, 33 I.F. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of SI Anil
Kumar that on 01.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special
campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Jaon Thach they found
cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 80 bighas in forest land by
some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by SI Anil Kumar I/O
PS Kullu.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
4. Case FIR No 383/11 dated 01.7.11 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act , 447 IPC,
32, 33 I.F. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of ASI
Dheeraj Singh that on 01.7.11 when he was along with Police party in
special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at JaonThach they
found cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 110 bighas in forest land
by some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by ASI Dhreeraj
Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR No. 293/11 dated 01/07/11 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in PS Manali on the statement of Kumari Anita D/o Sh. Lal
Chand R/o Khopari PO Khaknal stated that in 01/07/11 at about 4.15 pm
she was sitting in a shop at Bran, in the mean time one Alto car
bearing No. HP-01K-1386 came rashly from Manali side and hit with a
tree and also two boys standing near the tree have sustained injuries
. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
6. Case FIR No 92/11 to 101/11 dated 01/07/11 U/S 447 IPC & 33 I.F. Act
has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Hira lal Ranger
Forest Range Chowai against 10 persons who encroached forest land more
then 10 bighas i.e. Ses Ram R/o Tipper, Atma Ram R/o Tipper , Khayale
Ram R/o Tipper, Jai Singh R/o Kutla, Chandra Devi R/o Mishta, Mangat
Ram R/o Sampal, Uttam Ram R/o Mishta, Moti Ram R/o Chulamb, Laxman
Dass R/o Chikanal and Hans Raj R/o Kutla . Case is being investigated
by HC Tain Singh I/o PS Anni.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
7. Case FIR No. 102/11 dated 01/07/11 U/s 279 IPC has been registered
in PS Anni on the statement of Bal Krishan S/o Sh. Payere Lal R/o Deem
stated that on 01/07/11 he was going in his vehicle No. HP-35-1423 at
about 3.15 pm he reached near Rakhai Dhar , in the mean time one Khumb
Dass suddenly back his parked car and hit to his vehicle. Case is
being investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Anni.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
8. Case FIR No 72/11 to 81/11 U/S 447 IPC & 33 I.F. Act has been
registered in PS Nirmand on the application of Ranger Forest Range
Nither against 10 persons who encroached forest land more then 10
bighas i.e Madan Gopal R/o Adshi, Smt. Reeta devi R/o Naga, Prem chand
R/o Julori, Dhani Ram R/o Adshi, Jag mohan R/o Dashi, Ghungar mal R/o
Jagerh, Tara Chand R/o Kethen, Kali Ram R/o Mathidhar Gian Prakesh R/o
Kathed and Sumesh Sirkeer R/o Kathed. Case is being investigated by
SHO PS Nirmand.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
8. Case FIR No. 82/11 dated 01/07/11 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been
registered in PS Nirmand on the report of Devi Singh S/o Sh. Lagan
Dass R/o Kalouti stated that on 01/07/11 at about 6.30.pm he was
coming home from Bagipul on the way on e Smt. Behna obstructed his
way and used filthy language and also threatened him with dire
consequence . Case is being investigated by ASI Kanwer Sing I/O PS
Nirmand.
CASE OF HURT AND OUTRAGING MODESTY
9. Case FIR No. 83/11 dated 01/07/11 U/S 354, 323, 504,506 IPC has
been registered in PS Nirmand on the statement of Smt. Asha(fictitious name) W/o Sh.
Govind Ram R/o Deem stated that on 01/07/11 Devi Sing S/o Sh. Lagan
Dass R/o Kalouti used filthy language and outraged her modesty and
threatened her with dire consequence. Case is being investigated by
SHO PS Nirmand.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
10. Case FIR No. 84/11 to 87/11 dated 01/07/11 U/S 447 IPC & 33 I.F.
Act has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Ranger
Forest Range Nither against 4 persons who encroached forest land more
then 10 bighas i.e Dila Ram R/o Gawal, Sebhi Ram R/o Gawal , Shyam lal
R/o Gawal and Charan dass R/o Kalog. Case is being investigated by SHO
PS Nirmand.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
11. On 01/07/11 four persons namely Prem Singh, Shyam Singh, Rajesh
and Dharam Pal all S/o Sh. Bhim Singh R/o Haripur have been arrested
in PS Manali under section 107,151 Cr.PC by ASI Dharam Pal I/O PS
Manali, while they were tried to commit a cognizable offence in the
presence of Police officials .
