1. CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST
Case FIR No 428/11 dated 22.7.2011 U/S 406 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Amar Singh manager PNB Kullu alleging that PNB Kullu branch sanctioned loan case Rs 20,00,000/- in favour of Namgial Negi S/o Sonam tashi R/o VPO Mohal for hypothesis for vehicle, ACC spare parts battery and spare parts of machineries etc. But Above Namgayal has sold the all article to M/S Kartik Metro car care Sharabai. Case is being investigating by SI Sunil Kumar I/O PS Kullu.
2. CASE OF ACCIDENT
Case FIR NO 429/11 dated 22.7.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Ramesh Kumar R/o VPO Mohal stated that when he was coming back from Kullu in his Auto and when he reached near Gun House one Santro car NoHP-34B-3148 came towards Bhunter came rashly and hit his Auto. Case is being investigated by Inchrage Traffic Kullu.
Case FIR No 322/1 dated 22.7.2011 U/S 336, 337, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of SI Shiv Singh that a telephonically information received in PS Manali that a massive cloud burst occurred in Dhundi area. On this information he along with Police team rushed to the spot and found that the Garg Company working under the Strabeg Afcon has negligently accommodated the laborers between two steep hills and also found that 24 laborers were injured 8 persons are stated to be died in which 4 dead bodies have been recovered. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.
