1. Case FIR No 309/11 dated 12.7.11 u/s 20 of NDPS Act, 447 IPC& 33 IF Act has
been registered in P.S Manali on the rukka of PSI Vivek Sharma that on dated 12.7.11 when he
along with staff were on the special campaign to destruction of cannabis plants near Magic near
Malana where they found 9600 illicit cultivation of cannabis plants cultivated by unknown
person at approx 6 bigha. Case is being investigated by PSI Vivek Sharma I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
2. Case FIR No 310/11 dated 12.7.11 u/s 20 of NDPS Act, 447 IPC& 33 IF Act has been
registered in P.S Manali on the rukka of HC Mohar Singh that on dated 12.7.11 when he along
with staff were on the special campaign to destruction of cannabis plants near Magic near
Malana where they found 1500 illicit cultivation of cannabis plants cultivated by unknown
person at approx 45 bigha. Case is being investigated by HC Mohar Singh I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
3. Case FIR No 311/11 dated 12.7.11 u/s 20 of NDPS Act, 447 IPC& 33 IF Act has been
registered in P.S Manali on the rukka of ASI Dheeraj Singh that on dated 12.7.11 when he
along with staff were on the special campaign to destruction of cannabis plants near Magic near
Malana where they found 250,000 illicit cultivation of cannabis plants cultivated by unknown
person at approx 25 bigha. Case is being investigated by ASI Dheeraj Singh I/C PP jari.

4. Case FIR No 312/11 dated 12.7.11 u/s 20 of NDPS Act, 447IPC& 33 IF Act has been
registered in P.S Manali on the rukka of PSI Sunil Kumar that on dated 12.7.11 when he along
with staff were on the special campaign to destruction of cannabis plants near Magic near
Malana where they found 48000 illicit cultivation of cannabis plants cultivated by unknown
person at approx 4bigha. Case is being investigated by PSI Sunil Kumar I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS
5. Case FIR No 166/11 dated 12.7.11 u/s 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S
Bhunter on the rukka of HC Chaman Lal that on dated 12.7.11 when he along with staff were
on the special campaign to destruction of cannabis plants at Urgan where they found 15000
illicit cultivation of cannabis plants cultivated by unknown person at approx 7 bigha. Case is
being investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/O PS Bhunter.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
6. Case FIR No 287/11 to 294/11 dated 12.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC & 33 I. F. Act has been
registered in PS Anni on the application of Range forest officer Chowai against 8 persons who
have encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by I/Os
PS Anni.
CASE OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
7. Case FIR No 210/11 dated 12.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC & 33 I. F. Act has been registered in
PS Banjar on the application of Range forest officer Banjar against one persons who have
encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by I/Os PS
Banjar.

8. Case FIR No 412/11 dated 12.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC & 33 I. F. Act has been registered in
PS kullu on the application of Range forest officer kullu against one persons who have
encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. All cases have been investigated by ASI Hari
Singh I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT AND MISCHIEF
9.Case FIR No 413/11 dated 12.7.2011 U/S 279, 427 IPC & 187 MV Act has been
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Nitin R/o Nagwahan PO Mahadev Distt Mandi
stated that when he was going to Prini along with his friend in his car and when they reached at
Bashing in the mean time one taxi bearing no HP-02K-0112 coming from opposite side and hit
his car. Case is being investigated by SI Mukesh Kumar I/O SP kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
10. Case FIR No 414/11 dated 12.7.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu
on the statement of Reeta Devi R/o Village Badah Distt Kullu stated that when she was going
to attend the marriage function of his relatives at Shastrinagar and when she crossed the NH at
S/nagar one vehicle No HP-34B-2523 coming from kullu side and hit her. Case is being
investigated by Si Mukesh Kumar I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
11. Case FIR No 165/11 dated 12.7.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been
registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Hariman R/o Taprubai PO Jalugran Distt kullu
stated that 0n 11.7.2011 at 5 PM when he was going to Main bazaar Bhunter from Subzi Mandi
and when he reached near Amit Hotel one vehicle came from back side and hit him. Case is
being investigating by HC Jitender Singh I/O TTR Bhunter.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
12. Case FIR No 165/11 dated 12.7.11 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS
Nirmand on the statement of Prakash Chand R/o Badidhar PO Arsu Distt kullu stated that on
11.7.2011 at 8.45 PM when he came from Dhanudhar to his home and when he reached near
Thans one vehicle No HP-06-1108 came from Nirmand side and hit him and ran away from
the spot. Case is being investigating by HC Lal Chand I/O PS Nirmand.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC SERVANT
13. Case FIR No 223/11 dated 12.7.2011 U/S 353, 332 IPC has been registerd in PS
Nirmand on the statement of Raj Mohamad R/o Kartot Tehsil Tissa Distt Chnmba at present
conductor HRTC kullu stated that 0n 12.7.2011 when he along with driver Jaswant Singh when
they are came from kullu to Baga sarahan rout with bus No HP-34-8389 and at about 5.30 PM
when they reached at Chhanchi nala one person namely tara Singh R/o Dohra nala obstruct him
from his duty and beaten him. Case is being investigated by ASI Lok Chand I/O PS Nirmand.

CAUSE OF BHUNTER BLAST: FSL REPORT
14. The Spot inspection report from Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Central Range
Mandi has been received in this office in case of blast at Bhunter district Kullu occurred on
24.6.2011 in the shop owned by Budhi Singh near Amartex Showroom. According to Dy.
Director Regional Forensic Science Mandi on the basis of damage pattern and spot inspection
of incident “The explosion was caused by leakage of LPG gas”.
