CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND
1. Case FIR No 317/11 dated 14.7.11 U/S 498(A) 323 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the application of Smt. Bindra Devi W/o Gabrieal an Italian National alleging that she got marriage with Gabrial in year 2002. After six month of marriage he started quarreling with her and started demanding dowry and on 13.7.2011 at about 7 PM her husband beaten her and demanding dowry. Accused has not been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI Gangbir Singh I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No 169/11 dated 14.7.2011 U/S 354, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the report of Miss Rama (fictitious Name) R/o VPO Raila Sub tehsil Sainj Distt kullu alleging that on 13.7.2011 at about 1.30 PM when she was alone in her home one person namely Dharam Singh entered in her house and tried to outrage of her modesty and also threatened her with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by PSI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Bhunter.
CASE OF BURGLARY
3. Case FIR No 416/11 dated 14.7.2011 U/S 457, 380, 379 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the application of Sanjay Kumar R/o Ajamgarh (UP) alleging that some unknown person have stolen Jack hammer and cable wire approx 20 meter from his shad. Case is being investigating by HC Jamal Din I/O PP Manikaran.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
4. Case FIR No 211/11 to 214/11 dated 14.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC & 32, 33 I.F. Act has been registered in PS Banjar on the application of Hem Raj R.O. Tirthan against 4 persons who have encroached more than 10 bigha in Govt forest land. Case is being investigating by I/Os PS Banjar.
