CRIME REPORT DATED 11.07.11 UP TO 4 PM

CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
1.        Case FIR No 406/11 dated 10.7.11 u/s 20 of NDPS Act, 447 IPC & 32, 33 IF Act has been registered in P.S Kullu on the rukka of PSI Gaurav Bhardwaj that on dated 09.7.11 when he along with staff were on the special campaign to destruction of cannabis plants near village Silha where they found illicit cultivation of cannabis plants cultivated by unknown person at approx 60 bigha. Case is being investigated by PSI Gaurav Bhardwaj I/O P.S Kullu.


CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS

2.      Case FIR NO 407/11 dated 10.7.11 u/s 20 of NDPS Act, 447 IPC & 32, 33 IF Act has been registered in P.S Kullu on the rukka of ASI Dheeraj Singh that on dated 09.7.11 when he along with staff were on the special campaign to destruction of cannabis plants near Padhar Kandi Jangal where they found illicit cultivation of cannabis plants cultivated by unknown person at approx 190 bigha area in. forest land. Case is being investigated by ASI Dheeraj Singh I/C PP Jari.


CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND

3.      Case FIR No 231/11 to 262/11 dated 10.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC & 33 I. F. Act has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Range forest officer Chowai against 32 persons who have encroached more than 10 bighas in forest land. All cases are being investigated by I/Os PS Anni.


CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.      Case FIR NO 306/11 dated 10.7.11 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the report of Tej Singh R/o Ghourdaur Distt Kullu alleging that on 09.7.2011 when he coming back to home and when he arrived Nagar Chowk in the mean time four person namely Prabhat, Mohit, Sanju & Sonu retrained his way and beaten him. Case is being investigated by HC Mahinder Singh I/O PP Patlikuhal.


CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH

5.      Case FIR No 307/11 dated 10.7.2011 U/S 279, 304 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Ramesh Kumar R/o Karal PO Shirad Distt Kullu stated that his nephew Sahil was playing on the left side of the road at Karal in the mean time a Maruti van No HP-34B-3146 came from Raison side and hit his nephew. His nephew brought to ZH Kullu where he declared dead by MO ZH Kullu. Case is being investigating by HC Mahinder Singh I/O PP Patlikuhal.


CASE OF ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No204/11 dated 10.7.2011 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the rukka of ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Sainj that on 09.7.2011 at 10 AM one unknown person informed telephonically to PP Sainj that one Sumo fell down in Tirthan river near Larji. On this information I/C PP Sainj rushed to the spot and found that Tata Sumo No HP-02K-0288 fell down in the river in which two persons including driver were sitting. One person came out and driver washed away with vehicle. Case is being investigating by ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Sainj.


CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.      Case FIR No 205/11 dated 10.7.2011 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Sitender Kumar R/o Pekhari Distt kullu stated that when he coming back from kullu along with his friend and hwen he reached near Badi Ropa two person namely Mahinder Sing and fateh obstruct his way and beaten him and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigating by HC Krishan Lal I/O PS Banjar.


CASE OF HURT

8.       Case FIR No 408/11 dated 10.7.2011 U/S 324 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Ishwar R/o Hanumani Bag Kullu stated that on 10.7.2011 when he was loading the truck at Sarwari in the mean time one Raju came there and beaten him with iron rod. Case is being investigated by HC Neter Singh I/O PP AB kullu.
