OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC SERVANT IN DISCHARGING DUTY
1. Case FIR No 325/11 dated 24.7.2011 U/S 353, 332, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the statement of Chandan Kumar HQ 70 RCC C/o 56 APO Bahang stated that on 24.7.2011 at 3.45 PM when he was working near Rahani Nala with Vijay Kumar Paswan JCB Operator in the mean time two vehicle No HP-58-5100 and HP-58-2579 came towards from Rohtang and some unknown person get down from the above vehicle and beaten them with out reason. They used to work for BRO on Marhi to Rohtang stretch. Case is being investigated by ASI Jagjeet Singh I/O PS Manali.
CASE OF GAMBLING ACT
2. Case FIR No 226/11 dated 24.72011 U/S 3,4/3-67 Public gambling Act has been registered in PS Nirmand on the ruka of SI Anil Kumar.SHO PS Anni that on 23.7.2011 he along with police staff along with DySP Anni at Nither he raided in the house of Bir Singh and found 13 persons namely Mohinder Singh, Devender Singh, Yoginder Singh, Yash Thakur, Amar Singh, Jag Mohan, Bhim Sen, Narotam Chandm, Sunil Kumar, Surender Kumar, Rajesh, ravinder Singh & Lal Chand were playing with play cards and recovered 1,20,000/- from their possession. All accused have been arrested and released on bail. Case is being investigating by ASI Devender Singh I/O PS Nirmand.
CASE OF ENDANGERING HUMAN LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH
3. Case FIR No 179/11 dated 24.7.2011 U/S 336, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Balak Ram S/o Bhagu Ram R/o Kanda PO Saroa Distt Mandi stated that on 24.7.2011 when he along with Devender Singh, Megh Singh, Lal Singh, Muni Lal and Tirth Ram were working in mine at Aargan sub tehsil Sainj at about 11 Am suddenly a stone came from steep rock and hit two person namely Devender and Megh Singh R/o saroa Distt Mandi and both of them died on the spot. Case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Chand I/O PS Bhunter.
