CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No 180/11 dated 26.7.2011U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS Bhunter on the statement of Sh. Pyare Chand S/o Sh. Ram Chand Village Chhoyal P.O Khokhan Distt. Kullu stated that on 26.7.2011 he was inside his shop, at about 11.30AM one unknown tractor driver hit one boy namely Purva Sherpa S/O Sh. Karmi Sherpa R/O Nepal. Case is being investigated by HC Uttam Chand I/O Traffic wing Bhunter.
CASE OF THEFT
2. Case FIR No 218/11 dated 26.07.11 U/S 379, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on the statement of Sh. Shamsher Singh S/O Sh. Kehar singh VPO Basant Pur Distt. Katwa (J&K) at present operator L&T machine at Gharigar to Karahil alleged that in the mid night on 22.07.11 1. Titu Sharma Village Dhameuli PS Banjar 2. Teju Village Dukhan PS Banjara Distt. Kullu stolen away about 120/130 liter diesel from L&T machine. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Banjar. The accused persons have been arrested and stolen property has been recovered.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No 299/11 dated 26.07.11 U/S 341,504 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the statement Smt. Tuli Devi w/o Sh. Rajinder Kumar Village Tharas PO Hurla Distt. Kullu on dated 22.06.11 when she coming towards Rampur to attend the meeting and when she reached at Jalori Top one Smt. Beena Devi R/o Kadyal obstruct her way and abused her. Case is being investigated by ASI Rajender Pal I/O PS Anni.
