1. Case FIR No 295/11 dated 03.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act , 447 IPC,
32, 33 I.F. Act has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of ASI
Dharam Pal that on 03.7.11 when he was along with Police party in
special campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Jalang Thach
they found cultivated 6,00000 illicit cannabis plants in 60 bighas by
some unknown persons. Case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Pal I/O
PS Manali.

I.F. Act has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of HC Manohar
Lal that on 03.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special
campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Khorla Thach they found
cultivated 6,00000 illicit cannabis plants in 60 bighas by some
unknown persons. Case is being investigated by HC manohar lal I/O PS
Manali.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
3. Case FIR No 297/11 dated 03.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act , 447 IPC, 33
I.F. Act has been registered in PS Manali on the ruka of ASI Gangbir
Singh that on 03.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special
campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Jalang Thach they found
cultivated 4,80000 illicit cannabis plants in 60 bighas by some
unknown persons. Case is being investigated by ASI Gangbir Singh I/C
PP Malana.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
4. Case FIR No 389/11 dated 03.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act , 447 IPC, 33
I.F. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of ASI Dheeraj
Singh that on 03.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special
campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Minag Thach they found
cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 100 bighas by some unknown
persons. Case is being investigated by ASI Dheeraj Singh I/C PP jari.
CASE OF ILLEGAL CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS ON FOREST LAND
5. Case FIR No 390/11 dated 03.7.11 U/S 20 of NDPS Act , 447 IPC, 33
I.F. Act has been registered in PS Kullu on the ruka of SI Anil Kumar
that on 03.7.11 when he was along with Police party in special
campaign of destruction of cannabis plants at Minag Thach they found
cultivated illicit cannabis plants in 100 bighas by some unknown
persons. Case is being investigated by SI Anil Kumar I/O PS Kullu.
CASE OF RAPE
6. Case FIR No 131/11 dated 03.7.11 U/S 376, 294 IPC has been
registered in PS Nirmand on the complaint of Miss ABC(Fictitious name)
R/o Shrubaran Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu alleged that
Rajender Singh S/o Shauju Ram R/ O Gagani PS Nirmand has taken her for
sexual intercourse since five, six year ago. One day he called her at
village Talibil and obstructed her way and gave her intoxication drugs
to make the video clips. Accused has been not been arrested and case
is being investigated by SHO PS Nirmand.
CASE OF BURGLARY
7. Case FIR No 388/11 dated 03.7.2011 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been
registered in PS Kullu on the statement of Gian Chand CHT GPS Shat
stated that on 03/4.7.2011 intervening night some unknown culprits has
stolen the school article from the kitchen and store room. Case is
being investigating by HC Brij Lal I/O PP Jari.
CASES OF ENCROACHMENT ON FOREST LAND
8. Case FIR No 107/11 to 119/11 dated 03.7.2011 U/S 447 IPC; 33 I.
F. Act has been registered in PS Anni on the application of Hira lal
Range forest officer Chowai against 13 persons who have encroached
more than 10 bighaas in forest land.
