CRIME REPORT DATED 20.07.2011 UP TO 4 PM

1. CASE OF KIDNAPPING

Case FIR No 225/11 dated 19.7.11 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in PS Nirmand on the
statement of Smt Shayam Sarmi R/o Dogri PO Jaon Tehsil Nirmand Distt kullu stated that on
17.7.2011 her daughter Kumari Asha( fictitious name) age 16 years kidnapped by Vijay Kumar R/o
Dogri Tehsil Nirmand Distt kullu without her consent. Accused has been arrested and case is being
investigated by ASI Lok Chand I/o PS Nirmand.

2. CASE OF KIDNAPPING

Case FIR No 298/11 dated 19.7.11 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in PS Anni on the
application U/S 156 (3) CrPC of Sh Kishan Nepali At present Dhaba Bus Stand Anni that Smt Veena
Devi abducted his sister in law for the purpose of marriage with unknown person without her
consent. Accused has not been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI rajender Pal I/O PS
Anni.

3. CASE OF KIDNAPPING

Case FIR No 422/11 dated 19.07.2011 U/S 365 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report
of Prakash Chand S/O Chuni R/o Kadnon Distt Kullu alleged that Puni Ram S/o Mahant Ram had
induced his father towards Bhutan and sold him somebody there. Case is being investigated by PSI
Mukesh Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

4. CASE OF THEFT

Case FIR No 423/11 dated 19.07.2011 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Kullu on the report
of Gian Chand S/O Tape Ram R/o Thach PO Pujali Distt Kullu alleged that at present security guard
Vodafone tower Bhekhali alleged that on 18/19.7.2011 intervening night some unknown culprits has
stolen the cable wire. Case is being investigated by HC Mukesh Kumar I/O PS Kullu.

5. CASE OF CHEATING

Case FIR No 319/11 dated 19.7.2011 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on the
application of Krishan Lal alleged that he has read the advertisement in the newspaper to install the
tower of Air tel in the vacant land. On 06.06 2011 he deposited Rs 30,000/- in the account No
3927000100145918 as license fees and after that the company again informed that the license fee is
increased and he has direct to deposit more money and 08.6.2011 he again deposit Rs 50,000/- in the
same account. After that he tried to call on Mobile No 09899722812 but the no tower is installed till
now and his phone is switch off. Case is being investigated by ASI Daya Ram I/O PS Manali.

6. CASE OF HURT, TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

Case FIR No 320/11 dated 19.07.2011 U/S 451, 323, 427, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Manali on
the application of Manish Malhotra R/o PAO café old Manali alleged that on 18.7.2011 at 12 noon
when he was washing his hand in the same time one person Rajesh entered there and beaten him and
also threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by HC Manohar Lal I/O PS
Manali.

7. CASE OF ATROCITIES ON SC/ST

Case FIR No 297/11 dated 19.7.2011 U/S 452, 323, 506, 34 IPC & 3(1) (X) SC/ST act has been
registered in PS Anni on the application of 156(3) Crpc of Smt Mathra devi R/o Khobra Tehsil Anni
Distt kullu alleged that on 29.4.2011 two ladies namely Bishna Devi & Krishna Devi went ot her
house ad beaten her with out any reason and used filthy language and also threatened her with dire
consequences. Case is being investigated by SDPO Anni.

8. CASE OF HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

Case FIR No 215/11 dated 19.7.2011 U/S 341, 323, 504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Banjar on
the report of Padam Singh R/o Patola PO Thatibir Distt kullu alleged that on 18.7.2011 when he was
coming to home near Khatl in the same time one Birbal and Chuni Lal obstruct his way and beaten
him. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Banjar.

9. CASE OF OUTRAGING MODESTY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

Case FIR No 224/11dated 19.7.2011 U/S 452, 354, 504, 323 IPC has been registerd in PS Nirmand on
the statement of Miss Rama (fIctitious name) R/o Juagi Tehsil Nirmand Distt Kullu stated that on
18.7.2011 at about 8 PM when she was in her home one Jia Ram entered her home and tried
to outrage her modesty and also beaten her. Case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/O
PS Nirmand.

10. CASE OF ACCIDENT

Case FIR No. 216/11 dated 20/7/2011 u/s 279,337 IPC & 187 MV act has been registered
in PS Banjar on the report of smt Bholi Devi W/o Bhag chand R/o Nagdhar POTung Tehsil
Banjar Distt.Kullu reported that today on 20/7/11 when she was going Banjar to new bus
stand Banjar along with Chander bhan & Uttam ram . when they reached 70/80 mtr behind
from new bus stand at 2-30 P.M. same time one m/cycle rider bearing HP58 -3307 came from
new bus stand banjar and hit and run away from the spot. Investigation is being carried out
by HC Raj Pal I/O P.S Banjar .
